The refreshments on the 27th floor are comfortable and cozy, especially the lanterns on the small balcony are very beautiful. Overall, I recommend it, like it and will come back next time.

Facilities: I am very satisfied with the dressing mirror and the smart toilet is also very good, but there is definitely something wrong with the air conditioner in 608 The whole incident: the air conditioner in 608 overheated. During the day, the indoor temperature reached 33 degrees with the windows closed (no pictures were taken here). I called the front desk and said that the central air conditioner was not able to do anything. They asked me to open the window to ventilate and turn off the air conditioner. But be careful. As I said before, this hotel will be noisy if you don’t close the windows. From the moment you enter the hotel, all the staff will remind you to close the windows and soundproof. But the front desk gave me such a plan? ? Sleeping with the window open is beyond their imagination. Sleeping proves that the solution provided by the front desk fails. The second time I called the front desk, they still told me that the central air conditioner was like this and couldn't be adjusted. They asked me to find an air cooler for me. It was ridiculous that it wasn't an air conditioner. If I put another electrical appliance in the room, it would only generate more heat and increase the room. The temperature is good! ! Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Let me ask you, are your waiters so careless when serving? Just get a thinner quilt? ? Don’t you know what kind of quilt you have in your room? ! It's past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which means waiting for half an hour in vain. I suggested again that a thin quilt cover would be fine and was given a quilt cover. But it’s really too hot at 30 degrees with the window open. It’s annoying even if you don’t sleep with short sleeves. Not to mention the temperature will be higher if you close the window. I still can’t sleep well. I should call the front desk to ask if there are similar situations in other rooms and if they can be changed. In other rooms, there are no marginal room heaters that are not as hot. The front desk checked for a long time and said that there was a downgraded double bed room that could be changed to. Then I asked if the room temperature was lower, or if it was the same, the front desk said they didn't know. I would like to ask, it is almost 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. I want to change rooms to cool down. You said that you have a room, but you don't care whether the room temperature is normal. If it is extremely hot again, do you want me to move my luggage in the middle of the night for nothing? ? Finally, at my strong request, the front desk gave me a downgraded room, saying that the room temperature was 27 degrees. We agreed to move there. We went there and saw that the actual temperature in the room was 18 degrees. (I laughed so hard that 27 degrees was not made up or not. How did it come about?) I finally slept in a normal temperature. It was already past one o'clock in the evening. Throughout the above process, it can only be seen that the staff has no real intention to help the guests solve the problem. From the first suggestion to open the window, the guests have to endure the noise, and then there is nothing they can do. The hotel settings, in When guests come up with various solutions to solve their problems, the staff do it in a perfunctory manner. They don't take the initiative to come up with solutions, and even discount the implementation. The whole attitude is just a formality and they don't help solve actual problems. It's really rubbish.

We stayed in JinJiang for 4 nights from Oct. 17 to Oct. 22, 2023. We were so happy to choose this Hotel. The stuff of Hotel was very warm and helpful. Specially, Ms. Camille Feng, she helped us to change the rooms and give us very good suggestions for our stay; Ms. Xu Bin had very beautiful smile and gave us warm welcome. Room service persons, Rick Ren and Shang Ya Qiong provided excellent service for us. Moreover, VIP lounge at 27 floor is a such good place for guests to relax and meet friends, with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The Chengdu JinJiang hotel's VIP rooms are truly 5 star qualities. Also, its breakfast is very good and more affordable, comparing with other 5 star hotels.

The hotel was about a 15-minute walk from Jinli Old Street and Wuhou Shrine, and short car-rides from other great places in the city. Everything worked in the hotel room, but the WiFi wasn’t very good. It was pretty slow, at least my my room. When I checked in, I had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like stale cigarettes, but the second one wasn’t better at all. Still smelled like stale cigarettes the whole time I stayed (and this was a non-smoking room). The room needs to be deep-cleaned and probably re-painted to get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was included, and although they have a large selection of food, the food is basically what you would eat for lunch or dinner. It’s not really “breakfast” food. A few things are, like eggs.
