在小某書上看到有博主打卡種草，週末專程過來體驗的。酒店環境顏值確實一流，彷彿走進了一個大型摩洛哥城堡莊園，很適合拍照打卡。但是，根據我們實際入住體驗，這家高顏值酒店可能因為入住客人太少或其他原因，在服務和設施等方面存在較為嚴重的問題，一個詞形容就是——凋敝。
1、工作人員嚴重不足：我們下午7點辦理入住，偌大的大堂一個工作人員也沒有，也沒有開空調，衹留下前台聯繫方式。撥通後，前台表示剛送客人去了一會就回來（酒店房間分佈很廣、由擺渡車接送）；我們退房時，又遇到了同樣的情況。
2、早餐過於簡陋：偌大的餐廳週日上午沒什麼人，同樣沒開空調，很悶熱，餐桌上很多螞蟻在爬；服務員説自助早餐取消了、遞給我們一張極簡早餐菜單進行勾選，全部食物飲料品種不超過8個，口味也非常一般。
3、設施不復往昔：酒店地圖有一處動物園，圈養了小動物；我們實際過去看時，衹剩下三個空圍欄了，沒有動物了。

臨時住一晚，房間有點小有點老，但是服務人員還算不錯，挺熱情的也很認真，地方很大沒有逛，就直接睡一晚走了，離免税城不遠

環境很棒，有一個大湖可以遛彎，別墅寬敞，自帶泡池很方便，就是院牆有點矮，私隱性差點，建議院牆稍加高一點，或者沿牆種一排綠植，能遮擋視線即可

環境是真的不錯，服務員也很熱情，但就是設施比較老舊了，衞生也一般，我們訂的獨立小院，三個房間，帶私湯，客廳沙發肉眼可見的臟，沒有垃圾，但是污漬肯定是沒有清潔過的…還有一點很重要，蚊蟲較多…

So quiet and relaxing. My room was huge and I had a balcony overlooking the lake. Felt like I was in Tuscany. Hot spring was perfect. Had a private pool at my disposal because no one used it. The perfect location for rest and relaxation.

環境很好，對寵物小動物都很友好，小松鼠，各種鳥就在你房子周圍閑逛。温泉也很贊，泡完身體滑滑的，發汗後一身清爽，池子有點硫磺垢應該是真温泉。
