"I stayed in about 10 hotels during this trip to Hainan, and this one was the worst. Let's talk about the advantages first, it's close to the beach and the hotel looks good. There are too many disadvantages, the main point is that the service is not in place, there are no towels, no bath towels, no bathrobes, no shower caps, no razors, very little toilet paper, asked the front desk, the answer is no, my god, this is a 4-star hotel? The breakfast is even more of a disaster, it looks like a big restaurant with a lot of food, but it's like a busy market, there are a lot of people, it takes 30 minutes to queue up for a bowl of noodles and it's super bad, it takes a long time to queue up for fried eggs, many ingredients are gone quickly, the bedding is too low, and the room hygiene is also poor."

"During the Spring Festival, I traveled to Chengmai County, Hainan Province, and visited places such as Jinshan Temple. I stayed at the eLong Xicheng International Hotel (Chengmai Qianqiu Plaza Branch) that night. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the bedding, towels, and bath towels were all new and comfortable. The hotel is located next to the main street, making transportation convenient. There is a parking lot in the hotel courtyard, which is also convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service."

"The hotel facilities were okay, but maintenance was lacking. The rooms weren't small, but they smelled very damp; I had to open the balcony door every day to air them out, otherwise the smell was overwhelming. The pool is outdoor, and even in December, the water was quite cold. There were three small hot tubs next to the pool, and the path in the middle was slippery with moss, making it easy to slip and fall. The most baffling thing was the service. A hotel girl called me saying my towel was soiled and demanded compensation. I explained that I hadn't touched anything stained and that the towel should be clean after normal washing. The girl was very insistent; it was a communication style I rarely encounter in the hotel industry. After speaking with the lobby manager, I returned to my room and saw the legendary towel. I casually rubbed it with hand soap, and it was clean! 😂 This was the first time in my life I'd ever had to wash a hotel towel! (Photo attached; the shaded areas are where it got wet.)"

The view from the seventh floor is also good, the takeaway food in the surrounding area can meet basic needs, there is free laundry and ironing, and it is no problem to stay a few more days. "We arrived at the hotel at nearly 11pm last night. We originally booked a twin room, but since we were traveling with our kids, we asked the front desk lady if we could get a king-size bed room. Unexpectedly, Miss Chen Qiujie upgraded us to a family suite and gave us flowers for Women's Day. It was really thoughtful and a surprise. In addition, the hotel breakfast was also good, with a rich variety, and the kids loved it. I will stay here again next time I have the chance. I hope to meet Miss Chen Qiujie again."

"The location of the B&B is easy to find, right on the road leading into the village. Free parking is conveniently located right at the doorstep, and the sea is right outside. The housekeeper and owner were very welcoming. The rooms are clean, well-arranged, and the facilities are new. The owner said the beds are all made of old ship wood and the mortise and tenon joints were made by his own workers. It seems he put a lot of effort into it! Transportation is also very convenient here. There are buses to the high-speed rail station, and it's also very convenient to go to the beach and visit the market. Yongqing Temple is only a few kilometers away. It's a great place for a leisure vacation. I will go there again next time."

It’s also directly recommended from the pier. The price is very high."

They lived up to expectations and let the children get together as they wished. Every child was very happy and didn't want to leave the hotel to play somewhere else.
