安排在新樓11層，70多平米的房間，寬大，陽台兩部分，隔熱隔音，陽台海景贊，服務好，前台黃小姐值得表揚，耐心，考慮周到，早餐中式，可選擇的比較多，酒店有無障礙小道直接到海灘，地下停車免費。

五一假期帶孩子出來遊玩選擇了這個酒店，總體不錯還有水上樂園，來的早我們臨時決定的吃完早餐改道酒店。訂完房間到的早，本來以為沒有房間入住呢，後來在大堂碰到他們管理人員，給幫忙協調辦理入住。全程服務態度很好，還介紹酒店各個營業場所時間，房間衞生乾淨整潔，小朋友很滿意。退房時又碰到那個辦理入住的管理人員，緣分耶一問是總監姓程，後來把我們送到大門口。
酒店環境不錯值得下次光臨！

這個五星好評是給前台所有工作人員的，他們太不容易了！剛到酒店，整個大堂都是亂哄哄的，所有人都堆到了一起！第一次遇到這種情況，下午3點辦理入住，居然跟我説，房間還沒有打掃出來，還要等，我可以等，衹是沒想到要等那麼久，快要晚上的時候才能進到房間，真不知道酒店客房的領導在幹嘛，其他客人中午12點退房，那麼長時間，居然沒有打掃出房間，還要等那麼久。進到房間，發現衹有梳子沒有牙刷，叫服務員送，一兩個小時都沒送到，這效率真的不敢恭維，去餐廳吃早餐，那叫一個人多啊，根本擠不進去，問了一下前台，走出去吃了一碗粉湯；這個酒店真的讓人印象深刻，下次不會再來了！
