The room was so neat and tidy, the renovation was done recently and undergoing also, the room was provided with towels and bathroom accessories. Room service was excellent and hotel reception behaviour was very good, there is no lag for entries and allocate room for us, tv had sufficient channels also. The position of hotel was good and near the main road, easy for taxi and auto services. The cleanness was good for both room and bathroom. My stay was on 03/04/24 to 05/05/24.

Lots of cockroaches in the room bathroom was bad. Sink was leaking. I don’t recommend. It was not on the main road location and s not good.

We had booked 2 rooms for a night to attend a function. Did not go by the reviews as it was a last minute planning. The pros:
1. Located near the central railway station. 2. Rooms were okay for the price
3. The ***ager and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Cons:
1. Located in a narrow and crowded lanes
2. The small parking in the front is inky for 2 wheelers and absolutely not sufficient for even 1 car and the lanes are very narrow. 3. The place was very noisy throughout the night. 4. Had problem with the ac in room 202 though the staff attended to it several times.

***ager is impolite and not ready to listen to the issue, even rooms are not cleaned properly, suggest to see other hotel
