"I didn't have a pleasant experience the moment I stepped in. Took a flight from Dubai and arrived around 10pm. There was an event going on and the whole place was blasted with loud music. As you can see from the photo, it was open concept and music was loud even to 8th floor ! But fortunately, once door closed, it was quiet. Many areas were lacking but the hotel personnel were very sincere to make amends. The hotel had many small touches which made my stay comfortable. Overall, it was good stay!"

"Overall trip was good. if you are the type wanting a little privacy and not to be disturbed every now and then, yes this is the place for you. The hotel location is near to T.Nagar, Vijaya Forum Mall which makes commuting less troublesome. The only downside of the location that is facing a main road with U turn for both direction. Expect some heavy road traffic. Both Early check in and late check outs are chargeable. Rooms are decent. Housekeeping is 2 days once. You have to ask for what you want i.e water, amenities top up . Food at Qmin is fair. Buffet is pretty standard throughout the stay. Manager is attentive to guests."

"We stayed at Trident for 2 nights. They added an extra bed for our child, so the room was very comfortable. Rooms are solid, there are some flaws, and they are not new, but the hotel is excellent, and the service is extraordinary. Breakfast is a must, don't skip it as it is wonderful."

"The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the LIC metro station and the large shopping mall EA Avenue. The staff provided excellent service, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. A great bonus for environmentally conscious guests is the reusable glass water bottles provided in the rooms – a commendable effort to reduce plastic waste in the hospitality industry. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and good quality food, ensuring even non-local guests (whose bodies might not be accustomed to Indian cuisine for every meal) can enjoy their dining experience with various cuisines available. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop restaurant boasts a fantastic ambiance and serves a selection of Asian dishes. While some might not be entirely authentic (for instance, the Tom Yum Goong shown in the picture wasn't a perfect balance of sour, spicy, and salty, with the salty flavor being more prominent), I believe these are adjustments made to cater to local preferences, such as increasing the salt content in dishes to compensate for the hot weather and increased perspiration."

"Simple hotel with basic necessities covered. The decor of the hotel features vintage Bollywood posters and the hotel used to be a film set. Comfortable and aesthetic, with lots of international restaurants nearby. Infront of the hotel there is also lots of shopping opportunities available! Nice and affordable!"

"The hotel service was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was really fast. They were very responsive, and the room service prices were quite reasonable. They even arranged a car service to take us to the airport in the early morning and thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us, although I wasn't feeling well enough to eat it. Overall, it was a great stay. I'll definitely book here again for my next business trip."

"This place has some inconveniences for foreigners. There's no refrigerator, no indoor slippers, no shower in the bathroom, no toothpaste, and no hairdryer. Cleanliness: The floor was dusty and dirty, but the sheets and pillows were clean. Location, Accessibility: It's close to the center of T-Nagar, making it easy to get around. There's a McDonald's nearby, but it closes at midnight. Restaurants and small shops in the area also close before 12 AM. Staff Service: Not bad. The card-operated door has a damaged outer casing."

"As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around.
