Carefully designed rooms and the staff is very thoughtful and considerate in making your stay comfortable. Providing me with necessary items as requested. I had booked single occupancy basic room and the room had AC, hot / cold water, water heater, a sweet snack, water bottle, coffee/tea in the room. The team was also quite flexible and great to interact with. Location is in an accessible and busy area but not very noisy; inside the room was quite quiet. Good positive atmosphere. Highly recommend!"

Here nylon dress is mandatory for swimming, so we coludn't experience that. vessels are avaliable for cooking , if we take grocery items we can cook and eat. Swiggy & zomato orders also allowed. Overall we loved this Hotel."

However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed: There was no response from the Palace service number. I tried calling 3–4 times on 19th February at around 9:45 AM, but no one answered. On 20th February at 6:15 AM, I requested a scissor or knife to cut the tag from my dress. No one turned up for about 15 minutes, and I had to change my outfit and leave by 6:32 AM. The breakfast spread was very vast with a wide variety of options, which was impressive. However, the masala tea was very disappointing. It seemed like masala was simply mixed into regular tea. In India, masala tea is prepared authentically and is refreshing, giving a great start to the day. The taste and preparation could definitely be improved. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but attention to these details would significantly enhance the guest experience. Thank you"

Every staff member from the bell boys to the reception team was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was amazing, with great variety and taste. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."
