"This is an average quality, budget hotel for small families or solo travelers looking out for budget options. The easiest advantage of this hotel is the excellent location - right in the centre of T-Nagar which itself is the heart of Chennai and a shopper's paraidse. All major shopping streets are just walkable distance from this hotel. Otherwise, this is a rather average property. The rooms need lots of improvement and look old. Always recommended to book an Air conditioned room given how much of heat Chennai has even throughout the year. The AC rooms are not so expensive, so always book one if you get it. The reception staff were friendly and willing to answer if you asked for some guidance about shopping and dining options nearby. The staff have to definitely concentrate on the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall, an average quality hotel."

"The hotel offers free airport shuttle service. Upon entering the lobby, they have a unique welcome ritual where they present you with a red, bell-adorned garland. The hotel has a manor-like style, but the interior is quite spacious, with fifty rooms on one floor. They provide welcome fruits, and breakfast is very generous, surprisingly including seafood (though just shrimp), and stewed pork bones, which was all quite good."

"Location was the only consideration, as it’s closest to the supplier I am visiting. Not much international fast food restaurants nearby, KFC is the closest about 5min walking distance. Domino and Starbucks is about 2km from hotel. On the. Ight of Dec 27, there was people hammering the wall starting from 7-8pm, called reception about this at 9pm, which I was told they will investigate. Fell to sleep but was waken by the hammering sound at 11:30pm. Reception lady came to my room and asked me if I would like to change room instead of finding and stopping the hammmering… When reception lady left, I open the curtain and saw someone working on lower deck. Then reception called me they will ask workers stop working…"

"Checked in and was given the family room BUT!! it was so dirty that I had to call front desk and ask for housekeeping to please come and refresh + mop the floors again. Bed linen was also an issue as many of the pillow cases were very dirty. I received an extra pillow with someone's disgusting snort on it to which i just put the pillow aside. Breakfast was alright, nothing to brag about. Attached to a mall where everything is branded."
