"I am a tourist from Malaysia, staying in Somerset Greenways Chennai for 9 days. I had an very good stay here mainly because of the excellent service of othe DM, Mr. Mehtab. He has attended to all my concerns with patience, kindness and efficiency. An example - I desperately needed to purchase some Indian magazines such as "Kumutham", "Mangai Malar", "Anantha Vigadan" etc for my mother in Malaysia. I tried in many places but I could not find any places which sold these magazines. What was I to do ? My flight is tomorrow morning back to Malaysia and the magazines were the only thing my mother requested. How to go back without them ? I was in a dilemma. Another very kind gentleman came to my rescue. His name is Mr. Prabu. He is such a sweet, thoughtful young ***. Upon hearing of my plight, he went out of his way to buy the magazines for me. Both Mr. Mehtab and Mr. Prabhu are exemplary in their service and go ll out to make the customer happy. I would like to record my gratitude and appreciation to them.
