"The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the LIC metro station and the large shopping mall EA Avenue. The staff provided excellent service, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. A great bonus for environmentally conscious guests is the reusable glass water bottles provided in the rooms – a commendable effort to reduce plastic waste in the hospitality industry. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and good quality food, ensuring even non-local guests (whose bodies might not be accustomed to Indian cuisine for every meal) can enjoy their dining experience with various cuisines available. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop restaurant boasts a fantastic ambiance and serves a selection of Asian dishes. While some might not be entirely authentic (for instance, the Tom Yum Goong shown in the picture wasn't a perfect balance of sour, spicy, and salty, with the salty flavor being more prominent), I believe these are adjustments made to cater to local preferences, such as increasing the salt content in dishes to compensate for the hot weather and increased perspiration."

"Simple hotel with basic necessities covered. The decor of the hotel features vintage Bollywood posters and the hotel used to be a film set. Comfortable and aesthetic, with lots of international restaurants nearby. Infront of the hotel there is also lots of shopping opportunities available! Nice and affordable!"

"We stayed at Trident for 2 nights. They added an extra bed for our child, so the room was very comfortable. Rooms are solid, there are some flaws, and they are not new, but the hotel is excellent, and the service is extraordinary. Breakfast is a must, don't skip it as it is wonderful."

"I didn't have a pleasant experience the moment I stepped in. Took a flight from Dubai and arrived around 10pm. There was an event going on and the whole place was blasted with loud music. As you can see from the photo, it was open concept and music was loud even to 8th floor ! But fortunately, once door closed, it was quiet. Many areas were lacking but the hotel personnel were very sincere to make amends. The hotel had many small touches which made my stay comfortable. Overall, it was good stay!"

"I had the best experience. The front office staff raj was helpful. I really had the best stay. There are many shops near by this hotel. Its actually in the city centre itself. Its convenient. If you need to leave to the airport make sure to add additional hour to beat the traffic"

They even arranged a car service to take us to the airport in the early morning and thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us, although I wasn't feeling well enough to eat it. "I had a comfortable stay here in terms of service and hospitality. The staff were courteous. As far as the facility is concerned the room walls looked old and missing the appeal to qualify it as a 5 star hotel. I could clearly smell wood whenever I walk in the room and the bath area is quite small and not tidy. The food tasted decent but the options in the buffet are quite limited compared to other 5 star hotels. I would not recommend picking this hotel if you are truly looking for the comforts of a 5 star"
