"I didn't have a pleasant experience the moment I stepped in. Took a flight from Dubai and arrived around 10pm. There was an event going on and the whole place was blasted with loud music. As you can see from the photo, it was open concept and music was loud even to 8th floor ! But fortunately, once door closed, it was quiet. Many areas were lacking but the hotel personnel were very sincere to make amends. The hotel had many small touches which made my stay comfortable. Overall, it was good stay!"

"Excellent service and warm hospitality from start to finish. The ambience is world-class — pleasant scent, perfect lighting, and genuinely polite staff all around. Our room didn’t have a bathtub like our friends’ did, but honestly, the shower alone was impressive. The hot water was so satisfyingly warm that you actually need a couple of minutes to cool down after stepping out. The restroom was equally impressive, with an automatic toilet seat that sanitizes itself and stays warm — a small but luxurious touch. A nice bonus: you can request complimentary cut fruits every night, which is great for digestion, especially when traveling. Breakfast was definitely worth adding on; for the price, the quality exceeded expectations. Overall, a fantastic stay with thoughtful comforts and great value. Highly recommended."

"Very Very Worst and Terrible experience I have never experienced before in my lifetime and it happened at the moment when I checked in this hotel. Whatever the photos shown while booking is not available when we went directly and they are just saying it's got damaged bcaz of Cyclone. No Passenger lift working and instead we went in service lift which is very aukward with gutka spills and with bad odour. Bedsheet & pillow was dirty and I have selected sea view room but sea is not visible, no balcony, no heater, ac remote not working properly, leakage in ceiling, floor skirting damaged, toilet unclean, no telephone, no proper door lock..Roof top entirely damaged and swimming pool water dirty with damaged tiles. Pls don't prefer this hotel and I give guarantee that u will not be happy"
