Chennai Hotels with Pools

It was a nice experience and quality service provided by hotel staff. We stayed for 2 nights. The food in Hyatt regency was nice. That was the best Indian food we ever tried. Special thanks go to front desk officer Ms Saraswathi, and concierge Mr Daniel, Mr Vijay , Mr Rajini. Also food the spic restaurant are amazing, special thanks to restaurant staff Mr Arindam, Mr Rajesh & Mr Kartik. Overall Hyatt Regency staff make extra miles to make our stay an amazing and memorable holiday. Planning to travel again with kids.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in which we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

An unforgettable stay with amazing cuisine and rooftop entertainment, Novotel on Chamiers Rd is a must see. • 8 min walk to Nandanam Metro 🚉 • Koox Japanese Rooftop Bar 🍸 • Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant • 10min drive to T-Nagar shopping district Stayed for 10 nights over the Independence Day weekend in August, and was very impressed by the hospitality and service of every staff member from the front of house to the room service, who did not hesitate to accommodate my every request. Koox Rooftop bar located at the terrace is a premier dining experience for any Japanese or Thai cuisine aficionados, the evening vibes had us coming back for more. A special mention to the Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant on the 1st Floor, Chef de Partie Amit and Restaurant Manager Nisarg went above and beyond to cater for every request at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay special: Reception Staff - Lucky Front of House - Krishna Gym Staff - Thiru 💪 Room Service - Santhosh And thank you to Mr Amit Gera, GM who kindly welcomed me to the Independence Day Flag Raising ceremony at the front of the Novotel. The food is good for a 3 star hotel but it is not at all at the level of a 5 star hotel. The staff was excellent - especially Sneha M. who helps guests at the lobby and offers quick and effective solutions and also another Sneha who works at the restaurant. The music 🎶 in the restaurant is the worst I heard in any hotel in India. It is two types of music (classical Indian and also western) which are played at the same time! It is ridiculous and annoying and it is also too loud which is why some of the staff look miserable. The chef was walking around the dining room exchanging pleasantries with guests but he should be on the kitchen controlling what goes on there. The ”chai masala” had no taste of ginger and the milk was so burned that it kept steaming for a whole hour (it was undrinkable so I returned it). . The rooms are what you expect to find in a hotel that was considered luxurious in the 1990's. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system is still the original one and it can no longer be set (it can only be switched on or off).

Had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. The room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast could not be better, they had a live cooking station for orders to cook, a variety for everyone. We went for drinks at the terrace on our third night as it wasnt raining and was accompanied by a live band. Recommended place to stay if you're planning on netflix and chill in the room.

The toilet/bathroom is very small and the fittings appear quite old. The setup does not seem to have been upgraded for many years and definitely needs renovation. The room phone was not working, which was inconvenient during the stay. The food quality is good, however the breakfast management needs improvement. Guests are allowed into the dining area without proper seating allocation, so we had to wait and search for a table ourselves. When all tables are occupied, the staff should manage the flow of guests instead of allowing everyone in at once. Overall: It is acceptable for a short stay of a couple of nights, but it may not be ideal for a comfortable leisure stay.

Location: Excellent Facilities: Good Service: Unsatisfactory 1. There was no one to greet us upon arrival 2. Our suitcases were unattended and we had to carry them to our room ourselves. 3. Mosquitoes everywhere. 4. We had to request for mosquito repellent. The hotel staff should be more attentive and ensure rooms are stocked with essentials. 5. The food we ordered for in-room dining was not even warm (forget hot food). We only ordered some fries and a sandwich - not sure if the fries were prepared and shipped from France 😂 Will never opt this place again.

Hotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too. We had a nice stay there.

The hotel is an excellent one. Only downside we found is that the swimming pool was a tad small. We were well taken care of. Look forward to staying there again.
