Worst place to stay Avoid to maximum MOstly north indians works there And They are super rude.Mostly at check in area And even breakfast nothing wow There are no nearby proper restaurant Or Mall as well The room amenities is So basic.We stay three person But only available One toothbrush and the room wasnt neat. Price expensive And So called 5 star But trully scam .Sounds Just like Plain 3 star hotel

I had a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the food; every dish was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Good and clean

This an excellent hotel with excellent friendly service. The food in the Colony restaurant was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Hotel is highly professional staff with excellent breakfeast

Returning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age. On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay. The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful. However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol. The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average. The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.

Wonderful hotel, right bang in the center of the happening part of Chennai. Very convenient. Amenities were great. Overall a very cozy family friendly hotel.

Had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. The room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast could not be better, they had a live cooking station for orders to cook, a variety for everyone. We went for drinks at the terrace on our third night as it wasnt raining and was accompanied by a live band. Recommended place to stay if you're planning on netflix and chill in the room.
