Amazing
HHaruyoshiBreakfast is rich in taste and variety. Facilities are kept clean. The face towel is soft and fluffy, but the bath towel is hard and thin and smells like the kitchen. Is it because I wash it with various things? Considering the room size, staff friendliness, and breakfast, this hotel is more affordable than the price.
GGuest UserService was good at the reception.
Facilities are excellent, with everything needed.
Food at breakfast spread was sufficient and satisfying.
The control pad in the room was functioning well. Welcome titbits was a great way to start when I arrived. Coffee maker with pods was easy to operate and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in the morning! Room was clean and with clean linen.
Bathroom was very clean. Shower pressure and heat was good. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was nice.
Newly renovated. Kindly maintain regularly to have the high standards, The Residency Towers!
Had a wonderful stay and a restful sleep throughout the night.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Trident for 2 nights. They added an extra bed for our child, so the room was very comfortable. Rooms are solid, there are some flaws, and they are not new, but the hotel is excellent, and the service is extraordinary. Breakfast is a must, don't skip it as it is wonderful.
JJam6The Hotel is good but below competitors in it’s category. Hotel is very clean. Location could be better since Anna Salai is very crowded and congested road. I had a bad experience with service, especially the F&B team. The gym is okay but way under equipped vs other 5 stars hotel nearby. The Spa is super expensive and doesn’t even have steam or sauna… Breakfast and lunch / diner buffet are average, not many choices.
GGuest UserReturning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age.
On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay.
The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful.
However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol.
The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average.
The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.
GGuest UserThe food is good for a 3 star hotel but it is not at all at the level of a 5 star hotel.
The staff was excellent - especially Sneha M. who helps guests at the lobby and offers quick and effective solutions and also another Sneha who works at the restaurant.
The music 🎶 in the restaurant is the worst I heard in any hotel in India.
It is two types of music (classical Indian and also western) which are played at the same time!
It is ridiculous and annoying and it is also too loud which is why some of the staff look miserable.
The chef was walking around the dining room exchanging pleasantries with guests but he should be on the kitchen controlling what goes on there.
The ”chai masala” had no taste of ginger and the milk was so burned that it kept steaming for a whole hour (it was undrinkable so I returned it).
.
The rooms are what you expect to find in a hotel that was considered luxurious in the 1990's.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning system is still the original one and it can no longer be set (it can only be switched on or off).
HHilda Lee SI didn't have a pleasant experience the moment I stepped in. Took a flight from Dubai and arrived around 10pm. There was an event going on and the whole place was blasted with loud music. As you can see from the photo, it was open concept and music was loud even to 8th floor ! But fortunately, once door closed, it was quiet.
Many areas were lacking but the hotel personnel were very sincere to make amends.
The hotel had many small touches which made my stay comfortable. Overall, it was good stay!
TTheBugService good 👍🏾. As it should be, campared to the other Ramada by Wyndham. Im just very curious about the taxing system here in India. Compulsary tax, service tax and there's an option for ”optional tax”. Anyways, the hotel smells good. 😌
VValentine56My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day.
A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism
But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally
no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities
This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service
GGuest UserThe hotel is an excellent one. Only downside we found is that the swimming pool was a tad small. We were well taken care of. Look forward to staying there again.
