It's nearby chennai central railway station, one can walk and approach there. Good place for short stay

It is located at a dirty street. I had booked a room for 3 adults. But we were given a double bedroom with no space to move about. In that only, they had placed an extra bed on the floor. We had no. Space to keep our feet. Bathroom was too small. A healthy person can not even stand inside. Receptionists were not polite and were laughing at us saying that, for online booking, such rooms only will be available. We had to pay extra amount and shift to another room. It was waste of money

The housekeeping is very poor. Toilet is congested, no toilet paper, it is filthy, smelly, we could not enter it, the pillows and beds are with stains, the towels supplied are shabby. On the whole it is terrible.

It was a good stay with samundra residency. The staff are very coprative and humble. Rooms are cleaned and nice. All total i would highly recommend to stay here.

Room are in bad condition, cockrochs are in bathroom. Room hygiene issues. Front desk personal behavior issues

Also not ac in room, add ac in rooms and maintain cleaning bad not comfortable, another things is not good like tv wifi, my suggestion is provide better

It was looking good outside but when enter into the room felt like what the hell. No network coverage, no windows. Its like cave! i will not recommend this to anyone.
