Rooms and food was good. Wash rooms with poor maintenance bed coffee is not served in the room

Convenient location for visiting all corners of chennai with the metro station very close by. Good food, amenities and helpful staff. Intercom needs to be checked and kept in good condition. One morning we were getting hot water only in all the taps and needed to go down to inform the reception as the intercom was not working.

Convenient and centrally located, good wholesome food, friendly and helpful staff. Minor maintenance issues need to be sorted out such as changing the toilet seat covers. The intercom phones are rarely picked up or are not working.

Location superb, breakfast great, service staff hospitality very good. The room 111 given to me had fungus filled bed frame, the bathroom slippers the water in c
ommode tank has score dour repair. On 27 april given room 313 bathroom was cleaner but commode miserable condition score for seat replacement and repair of water tank

It is very near to egmore and central railway station, in the center of the city. The greenery in the midst of city is peaceful and rooms are hygienic and staff are friendly. Nice place to stay.
