Door lock was not good. Bathroom lock was very tight to close. Air conditioner cooling was not good.

The rooms are very small compared to showed in the pictures and the immunities such as ac was not working. Toilet was very bad, not slept clean. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Very small rooms and although accepting booking with breakfast it is not having restaurant, they arrange breakfast from somewhere & give parcel in rooms

Basic cleanliness of the room is not done. Bathroom is so small, mirror was corresive. Light, heater switches are broken. It is not worth for the cost paid, other hotels were way better. Had to open windows for a day to get rid of musty smell.

Only in basement wifi is available. No where in the hotel other than basement. It seems wifi is only for the receptionist.

Very basic and small room. Commode seat was wet. Probably from cleaning. I got a surprised look when i asked for toilet paper to dry it up. No towels in the room. Had to ask for it. No hot water. Geyser wouldn’t work. It was turned on an hour in advance.

The front office staff was very courteous and accomodative. Value for money esp for short stay. Property is located in prime area and close to main road. Good veg restaurants nearby and all premium outlets on online food delivery, reach on time. Small rooms but meets all requirements of solo travelers and friendly on pocket
