Decent and clean rooms. Staff is really helpful. Specially mr. Ajay. Who guided me through a lot. Be it the process ( was there cos of us visa) or arranging tea or auto for quick commute

The hotel is clean and has good service overall. The place is also close to us consulate in case if someone has to visit the consulate. Staffs are good and friendly. Only thing i would suggest while ordering food from outside, they don’t provide plates which makes it difficult to eat.

Mainly the cleanliness and services offered are not bar when compared to other hotels, even hot water facility is not provided when requested, it is been said that hot water will be provided at extra cost. Cleanliness is not upto the mark, rate fixed by the hotel for non ac room is little high compared to other hotels.
