Not expectations as per cost, cost is high, not well cleaned. Not providing water, towels sopes and hot water

Hotel staff was not friendly. Intercom was not working and didn't repair even after informing them. Tv was not working and got fixed after informing. The tv remotes were in pathetic condition. They said hot water will be available after 7am but there was no hot water, had to ***age bath with cold water. This hotel is utter waste for the price they are charging.

This was the worst experience i ever felt. It was flex y checking friendly at the time of booking. But the guy who is handling the customer, restricted early check in @ 11:15 am due to booking. TV was not working. First 10 minutes ac was functioned properly and later started to pulling smoke to the room. Electricity connection was also not proper.

Hotel staff nature is not good at all, there was no room cleaning or room service are there after requested 100 time for cleaning or any other request they just said no to everything. The ***ager or counter staff don't know how to use system they wait us 20 - 30 minutes just because they are confused how see mm t booking in there system. Worst experience in my life, don't go in this hotel if want to be happy in your life

Cleaning was good. And also rs. 164 buffet item unlimited available on this hotel guys must try, restroom was k small room provided the hotel, hotel staff was polite
