The worst place to stay near the railway station is the advantage but the room, restaurant, and washroom facilities are very bad no hygiene and cleanliness

Location is good. However only breakfast is available and for dinner someone has to walk near by. There is few good resturant. Rooms are small. Ac is not working after some time. Staff behaviour is very good. Overall average stay for 1 day transit etc.

I had a very pleasant stay at hotel greens gate. The location of the hotel is really impressive. It's really close to the central metro station as well as the metro station. There were good restaurants at a walkable distance from the property. The room was very clean and maintained. I would definitely suggest this hotel to people visiting chennai.

The hotel rooms were very neat and tidy. The ambiance was too good. Bathroom was also good. The room service was satisfactory. The only disappoin**ent was when they asked us an additional 500 for a tiny stain in the bedsheet which they claimed was not cleanable any more. After arguments, they finally agreed when the other staff agreed that the stain was just a little one and was washable. Except for this incident, i really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel rooms have smoke smell. Beds are clean. Plumbing is leaking in bathrooms. Very convenient location for travellers.
