The location is nice being close to North Us*** Road and providing easy access to various points in the city. The rooms are well appointed and food of good quality. But there are some issues regarding upkeep. The bathroom displays various types of insects in the night making it an entamologist's delight. The reception had issues with the printer which could not be fixed even in 24 hours. However, the staff are quite nice offering any kind of help within their limits. The wifi is strong and offered without any password.

Thank you Jayakumar sir(Hotel General ***ager) to make this trip memorable. It was undoubtly a 4 star hotel by getting the food and hospitality from hotel staff. Must visi hotel. One suggestion: Lunch buffet price should be reduced. We are coming again JAAG :-)
