Our experience at hotel was good. Food was hygienic and delicious. Rooms are furnished with all facilities. It's worth to stay here during my trip.

Room was neat and clean. But damp smell is little weird. Service and food is satisfactory. I would like to give 4 star. Try to clean the room and allow the damp air to go out.

Went to chennai for passport work, booked my stay at this property since it was close to the vac centre. I booked the standard room for two but my main intent was to get the double bed although it was just me, as shown in the images. When i arrived i was shown a super compact room with two single beds joined together and just in a sad state and was told i’d have to pay extra for the king size bed if i wanted it. Which i did and was charged more than half of what i had initially paid for the room. So i basically paid 1. 5 times the price. Since there was no other option i did. Although the room was spacious and had a balcony it did have a damp smell and add to it the shower not functioning. Overall i would say ensure you book the right room and know it in advance cause they will fleece you.

I stayed with my family. Room was ok, and clean washroom was clean, hot water was there till 10 pm and requested to provide early in the morning was provided. Over all stay was good. Will suggest this hotel.

I am very happy with nayagara hotel. The room was clean and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. Our flight got delayed, and we reached at midnight; still, the staff were very cooperative. I had made the full booking payment through makemytrip, and they didn’t charge any extra amount. I am very satisfied.
