Unbelievable!!
Hotel floors, rooms were not clean at all.
Disappointed!
Can’t sleep well. Mosquitoes were there. Quilt fragrance too strong maybe because of detergent.
Rooms looks so old. A lot of hairs. Not going to stay again.
For a moment I thought asked for refund , however long travelling , and not well. Anyways worst experience.
Still can’t believe under Marriott!

We stayed 108 room on 6-7 March 2026.
POOR maintenance of the room ,
a) Toilet water flash is not working ( water flows continuously)
b) Room AC cooling is not functioning at 20deg C, later electric maintenance done repair after complaint
c) Room refrigerator is not working and kept dummy. We couldn't keep our medicine, later they replaced it after complaint.
d) Our booking was Double occupancy but complementary toiletries and drinking water provided in room for single occupancy.
I don't understand How , housekeeping manager /management are handed over the room to customer without verification.
We never expected from a branded 4star hotel. It is not recommended for families.

It was a fascinating trip with great experiences. India is a place like no other.
The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets could have been better but it was very adequate.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would return again for sure. Prices were very nice.

Below expectations. This is supposed to be great stay as Fourpoints by Sheraton itself is a huge brand.
Staff are not able to properly provide key card accessible to room. Had to request so many times and only able to provide the next morning.
Pillow is tooo soft.
Pool view is not as what was posted on the app bookong.
