The hotel is more of a lodge and definitely overpriced. The rooms are old and dark. Minimal lighting and plug sockets. Bathroom was dirty and in need of an update. We seen lots of cockroaches. Breakfast was awful and they deliver it to your room and there is nowhere to eat it. Also they gave us a couple of bottles of warm water. No tea or coffee. There was plenty of hot water and the Wi-Fi was great. Location was good and staff were nice

The bathroom could use some work. The shower smelt bad and running hot water was intermittent. The check in process was smooth. But the rooms felt a bit small.

wrong place and showing in ******* of this hotel is wrong. we went to that hotel at 10pm at night they send to another hotel it is 5km from k11 hotel. and we book to king side beds means thy give only one king and one single bed. we asked the hotel staff they sed its ******* sit problem. we came with family that's way we are silent and we dont have time to Argive with people. we are so disappointment in *******.

I booked quadruple 2 king size bed rooms. I was provided with only a double bedded small room. The faclities promised was not given. We expected a 3 star facility but we were disappointed. You should review what you claim in the website. Please do not cheat the customers.
