The hotel room was nothing like it looked in the photos, the ac controls were barely working and the landline was not working either. Even after telling the staff they didn’t do anything about the landline issue. Overall an average stay.

Stayed on 23rd. My room was allotted on 4th floor. Room cleanliness was poor. Window screens are not properly hanged. Not giving sufficient drinking water in the room. Poor reception services. No assistance to the guests.

Location is good. Very badly maintained rooms, corridors and other facilities. You can see fungi growth on walls & ceiling. There is a not so pleasant smell everywhere. Food is horrible

Room was not good, not cleaned, amenities were not available, room service very bad, no one picking phone by room phone, buff e dinner was very bad, there was cockroach in the food. Overall experience was bad.

We had a very bad experience, the rooms had so ***y cockroaches, absolutely no room service for food, no breakfast available after 10 am. Though the hotel looked good in pics & the exterior of the hotel was ok, but the rooms & other facilities are a disaster. We will not recommend this hotel to anybody.
