The location of the hotel is good, but the rooms and the hygiene around the hotel is below par. I suggest you book a room in this hotel if you had no other option.

Had a horrible stay. Toilet was not working. No hot water in the room that was changed. They don't have proper staff.

Bedsheets and blankets were old and torn. Things were not tidy. The rooms needs a makeover

I had gone for biometric of my us process. They stay was average, but i won't suggest anyone for a longer stay. Best part was that they have a lovely staff and they are multilingual as well, although i had to face lots of trouble in chennai due to language.

This hotel is in prime location and it bears the signs of a glorious past. Currently it's a rundown old guest house not good for even a night's stay. The lift itself is in dilapidated condition and requires few slaps and kicks to close the door and start! the room is small, with an old window ac that must be at least 25 years old! there's no room service whatsoever, the old *** at the reception can't speak anything other than tamil. Surprised to see such a poor lodge is listed in make my trip!
