Good place since I was transiting via Chennai. Ordered a pizza which had bad cheese. Please ask reception to ask which food is best to order. Ordering anything from menu might be problematic.

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to make my stay a memorable experience. They epitomized hospitality and generosity at every turn. Special thanks to Abhijeet Sujoy who made an effort to arrange shower facilities for me so I could get refreshed before my flight, even though I had checked out of my room. The concierge was also very friendly to send me to the airport compliments of the hotel. I look forward to staying at the Trident again on my next visit.

Very good stay. Comfortable. Ms.Gayatri did a great job to ensure the same. Food was enjoyable. The kids had a good time running around the place. Ours was a short stay and we couldn't explore the rest of the facilities much. The dinner buffet was commendable.

SUPER STAY. EXCELLENT ROOMS. STAFF VERY COMMITTED TO GUEST SERVICES. CHAUFFEURS VERY HELPFUL. FOOD IS PAR EXCELLENCE. Housekeeping maintains rooms very well. Well maintained hotel. Very friendly hotel. Overall an excellent experience.
