I booked 6 rooms for my relatives to stay in this Hotel Apartment. All my relatives took me to task for booking this Hotel. They switch of AC from a remote place denying us the facility,they won't give hot water for bath,no room service.The owner cum ***ager is so negative person denying everything.I don't know how they are surviving still with this type of service.A visitor once will not go again to them.

Happy with the ambience and location, but the place itself could be a little more cleaner. If you are looking for a cleaner experience you might have to try another. If you are looking for good ambience and location, this could be helpful.

Horrible hotel everything was horrible was stayed there for a week , breakfast worst i ever had my life no tea coffee at all , no spoons in breakfast no one speak hindi and there is lady supervisor treated me like i am beggar when going to take 1 more egg they serve unfresh breakfast even every day idli , worst hotel i ever seen in my ĺife , one day sitting for poop no water at all try to call reception no one responded went down to reception huy was sleeping , all 7 days didnt receive hot water at all asked to change bed sheet no one responded ask ***y times to make recharge for television no one listened just spent my days to finish my work and leave this worst hotel asap as money paid for 7 days , i never recommened to stay in this hotel.

De***ding full payment while entering the hotel. For requirements need to request and no response. Need to do self service approaching reception. Poor and rude response. Quality of the food is not to the basic standard.

Luggage not carried by helper to room during check-in. Room was not guest-ready on arrival. Water bottles arrived post entering room. Water bottles - the worst of the services. Had to personally ask for the daily free bottle. Even after that, I had to carry it myself to the room. Breakfast quality was low, everything was self-service. Last day of stay, water stopped coming while having bath! Treebo, give your guests basic services and value for their money!

The guy in the front office didn't know to talk to guest. We had a very very bad to vast experience in the hotel. Ladies guest r not safe. Food is honorable. Cost not worth. ***ager is not a person. There is no water bottle available in the room. Front office guys don't know English as well as hindi.

It's an average hotel. Expect no hot water and lucky to get free breakfast with 1 hour waiting. Definitely service and hygiene improvements needed very much. Can consider as last option. Advantage is just close to the beach and city area
