This is a basic guesthouse and we were staying in the annexe property which is just beside the Apollo car park so it is always crowded. Very close to Apollo main hospital, Sankara Nethralaya and ***y good restaurants are close-by. Basic amenities are provided with dated looking lights and fixtures. Recommended if you are looking for a guesthouse close to the hospitals.

The staff members at Reception--- Ramesh,Ojha and Anand--- are the best thing about this B&B which caters mainly to guests visiting Apollo Hospital, a 5-minute walk away. They are helpful, courteous and efficient, as is the room attendant, Satya. The room facilities are mediocre; with discolored towels, wonky wardrobes and toilet seats, dated furniture, and temperamental shower controls. Breakfast is good, but one has to ask what's on offer as the buffet spread placed on the sideboard is limited. It would be useful to have a board displaying other items that can be ordered.

This is a mid-range guesthouse which are a little more expensive in Chennai. Very happy with location in thousand Lights which is a good area to be, and the nice and accessible terrace. Room was good and clean with reliable wifi and a/c. The place is well maintained and breafasts are correct. Staff is professional. I recommend!

This is great little place to stay in a quiet are of Chennai. We used it for 3 days as a starting point before travelling around Tamil Nadu and it was a perfect place to find our feet in India. The AC rooms are large, the bathrooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and was to a very high standard. The most exceptional point of our stay was our hosts, Monoj and Biplab. These two men looked after our every need perfectly, quickly, and politely. Monoj, helped me get my Indian Sim card which is essential when travelling in India. He also arranged a very good driver in a very nice car to travel onto Mahabalipuram. One of our party left her phone in the car and we called Monoj who arranged for the driver to return with the phone. Seeing as we had checked out of his place I thought this was particually kind of him. Thanks Monoj 🙏🏻

This time, we stayed in Hanu Reddy's Nawaz Habibullah Avenue, Second Street, Thousand Lights property. It is not far away from Apollo Hospital, Greams Road. As usual, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stayed. I have stayed in Hanu Reddy Residences several times, and we always enjoy staying there.

Staying at Hanu Reddy was one of the best decisions that my mother and I could have made. We stayed for one month and the service provided by Wiplub and ***oranjan was excellent. The place was very clean, the breakfast was great, any requests that were made for laundry/ironing were attended to immediately. The location was also in a very safe area and the security guard was always on site, and very friendly. The only drawback was that the water pressure in the shower was not enough. Otherwise, would highly recommend this place, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Meal: Home Cooked freshly made very tasty meal. Limited menu items but high quality, hygiene, thats what matteres to me for the cost. Hence 5 out of 5 stars spacious room, with all amenities and spacious clean bathroom with all fixtures working flawlessly: Hence 5 out of 5 stars. Property: Nice villa converted in a "hotel" sort of thing but keeps the feel of home stay. No swipping pool, gym, restaurants, coffee or drinks bar, business rooms or car park any other amenities that a typical 4 star properties have. But it co****sates for it by these other things (read this review to understand what) to make it like a 4 star overall". Hence 2 out 5 points here. Service Staff: ***ager (Ramesh Babu) was very responsive to queries even before our stay. Efficient communication over WhatApp. Hence 5 out of 5 star. Location: Walking distance (25 min) to US VISA VAC / OFC and also to US Consulate. Lots of food places & glitter nearby nearby. But very conjusted area traffic wise and ***y oneways and narrow roads, since it's a typical "villa" residence area with mid/high end shopping places and restaurants nearby. Hence 3 out of 5 stars.

Excellent place to stay in Chennai. Centrally located, beautiful ambience, clean rooms and helpful staffs, particularly Mr. Ramesh. We stayed for ten days and no complaints at all. Highly recommended…
