Hanu Reddy Residences Poes Garden

We recently visited Chennai and a friend of mine recommended Hanu Reddy Residence Pose Garden.. I am so happy we got to stay in this beautiful location. It is so clean and quiet. The amazing staff from the Front Office to the Restaurant and the House keeping were so courteous and helpful. The food was excellent and attention we got made us feel so special and makes us want to comeback. I felt so safe and homely. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling alone or with families.

This is very comfortable , nice hotel with plenty of greenery and very posh location in Chennai . Staff are highly courteous , gentle and helping . Food is amazingly tasty and I loved the breakfast menu which is predominantly all south indian delicacies freshly made . I loved my stay here ***** with my wife

We stayed in room 37 for two nights in January. The room was nothing like the photos. The curtains were dusty, walls dirty with places where tape or holes were. The bathroom had mold and the back of the bathroom door was dirty. The air conditioner leaked water onto the bedside night table on which we had placed our iPhones. In the morning I realized this and it was too late. One iphone ruined. Really a shame because the staff were wonderful and the location is quiet. Maybe it was just room 37 but I didn’t see any other rooms. For 5569.20 rupees per night I really expected something better

A fantastic place to stay. Lots of greenery, cool surroundings, plenty of birds to give you company. The staff right from the reception to the F&B ,the house keeping are all great people with a smile on their face all the time,ever ready to help you. The food is very very homely and the cook is too good. A must stay when ever in Chennai. The area a very posh,as the name says so " Poes Garden". I strongly suggest and recommend " Hanu Reddy Residency".

We stayed at 4/12 Nawab Habibullah Avenue, 2nd St, Thousand Lights, Chennai. We stayed in suit room 2 nights and in a small room 2 nights as the suit room was booked previously. While checking out they charged us with same fare for all 4 nights, when we reconfirmed with ***ager they started to say all room even it’s suit or normal prices are are… so I would advice all the customer to check fares properly before check in. Very poor ***agers behaviour

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hanu Reddy Residences, Poes Garden in Chennai between July 14 and August 4th as I was in India on personal work. Starting from the time I checked in, to my departure, I experienced only the highest levels of hospitality, graciousness and service. Whether it was the office coordinator See***, the room maintenance team or the servers, there was a genuine desire to make me comfortable and take care of me. This was also beautifully understated where there was not a single time when I felt I was staying at a hotel - it was like staying at home. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean and well appointed and the the beds were very comfortable. The food was very well prepared and wholesome. The building is surrounded by neem and trees and the roof garden is a tree level sanctuary that is peaceful and beautiful. All this at a piece that is competitive Credit to the ***agement for having created an all permeating culture of genuine caring hospitality. I have no doubt that HRR will remain my go to residence option when when visiting Chennai.

I enjoyed the room with a little kitchenette. While I had the microwave and kettle, did not feel the need to rustle anything up, as the staff catered to my every little wish! The kitchen staff would make me what I wanted. The housekeeping staff was also very helpful and responsive. Even though I stayed there through the lockdown, I did not once feel that I would be exposed to the virus. The staff took the utmost care to practice safe measures. Everyone, from the top executive, the reception staff, the housekeeping staff and kitchen staff worked to make sure my stay was safe, secure and comfortable. Truly a home away from home!
