Amazing staff. Great service. Amazing ambience The staff provided exceptional service, which was on time . The hotel is an experience that one must sure visit. Great people are the cornerstone of any success, and Radisson Grt thrives because of its exceptional team. Under the exemplary leadership of Mr. Subhasish, everyone on the team ensures guests' comfort throughout their stay. While I can't single out individuals because each team member is fantastic, the housekeeping team deserves a special mention. They surprised me by customizing the pillow covers with my name. The food here is outstanding. Kudos to the duty ***agers, transportation team, and chauffeurs who handle airport transfers. An excellent team, a superb hotel, and incredible food make for an unforgettable experience.

Food at ministry of chutneys was awesome. Chutneys were delicious and the best part that they completely customized food according to our taste.

The room was fantastic & peaceful and I had the best help from Krishnathwani & Dhanesh thank you so much, the food at the restaurants was fantastic I will make sure I book here again on my next visit to Chennai , there was a small mix up on the room to start with but all was sorted out very quickly so I was not left disappointed
