Stay was comfortable, breakfast layout was fabulous and worth the value. Rooms were clean and hygienic .

Terrible reception service. Very slow to basic requests. Room was smelling of smoke. Bathrooms were not clean. Will not stay at this location again

Babina was very helpful and kind with customer service. Thank you so much .really appreciate her kind behaviour. Would like to visit again just for her service. Comfortable stay at park plaza . Would like give a feedback that hotel can improve their interior of the room and late night menu as well .

Everything was awesome, unforgettable stay. Will never forget how helpful the staff was . Room was lovely, Room service was excellent. Food serving was on top notch. And the staffs in the buffet room ,specially Babina , ***atri and Gobi were so good and proactive. This is a beautiful place having great style and elegance.

The room is so comfortable, the people are so good. The staff ***atri, Gopi and Babina in the dinner arena are good and well ***nered. They've always served us well whenever required and also when we don't say a word, they are always there to help and i love them. Great going.

Food is good. The servers and staff are extremely polite and attentive. The reception staff, transport staff are also very professional and good. Transport staff and concierge are helpful and don't shy away to go out of their way to help. Everyone is very courteous.

The overall experience was very good. The staffs are really helpful and polite. Everything is did in an organised way. Really enjoyed the stay the rooms are neat and clean and the housekeeping staffs are very helpful and very polite. Really nice place to stay.

The staff of the hotel was amazing & very kind ,feels like home. It was very nice experience to be here & loved the food so much .. will definitely visit here someday . Thank u to all the staff here for their amazing service . I had a great experience during my stay and very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our need.
