Very good looking and nice hotel from the outside...But you go into the rooms and omg... Our bathroom had cold oil everywhere on the knobs...it was like somebody had had an oil bath months ago and left it at that..so the oil had frozen on the knobs.. The room had a fan with the regulator not working..so either you had the fan moving at full speed or you just switched it off.. I complained at the reception on an everyday basis..we were there 3 days and a total of 6 people came to have a look at it and left promising to rectify it but no sign of it.. There is no restaurant in the hotel so if you need food they order it for you and charge an enormous surcharge.. Unclean but super expensive for anything...we had a good weeks stay scheduled in Chennai but we checked out in 3 days and moved to a better place at almost the same cost

This is my first visit to Chennai for a business meeting and I have just found the best place to stay !! The staff was really friendly polite and I felt really safe as well the food was really good and the best part is the it’s located in the centre of Chennai we can get cab or auto’s easily so I highly recommend this hotel

Improved. Good for solo travellers. Safe place. Good food. Bar has some privacy. Really good for people travelling solo and for business. Located in center of chennai easily accessible. Planning to visit with family next time. Travelling from here to anyplace is less tiring.
