The hotel ***ager is rude. The ***ager was drunk and disrespects people. Gives unusual judgemental stares and throws people out at 5 am. I have serious problems with the hotel. I actually booked for check-in at 6 am specifically and I received telephonic confirmation regarding the same. But when we went to hotel at 5:30 am the ***ager was in sleepy/not in proper state. When I asked for check-in he said that it will not be possible till 12 noon. So I told him that the booking was confirmed online and telephonically. However the answer of the ***ager/attendant was "if you booked online then stay online" in very rude and regressive tone. Then when I raised concern and asked him to cancel his response was like "cancel online and vacate the premises". When I asked whether we can wait in reception till we find alternative arrangement or sort the issue, I was given cuss word and arrogant attitude of the ***ager. Hotrl has not taken any action again him so far

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and neat and well maintained. The staffs were very cooperative and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Liked the food and service The rooms were with sufficient light and water was available. The restroom was clean and neat and well maintained..there was no foul smell in the room

I visited with family. Overall everything was pretty good though few things were disappointed ☹️. But my daughter really liked the stay and she enjoyed it. If required will visit again for my daughter education purpose.

The hotel is very good location and they are maintain very good clean and hygiene system which I feel to stay here.as well as pocket friendly and they are provide breakfast and room tea coffee maker so if you stay here you can feel good .

Stay was good and affordable. Very easy connectivity to most places through Metro and walkable distance to both metro and bus station. ***y good restaurants around the hotel. Staffs are friendly and overall stay was pleasant.

Shirt hanger/wardrobe was not available. Water heater was not providing hot water. It was warm only. amenity kit can be provided. Early checkin was not supported. Being a business traveller expect atleast 1-2 hours early checkin. Breakfast was excellent with right quantity. Inclusion of Coffee/tea would be great. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Staff really helped us carrying bags to our rooms as well as supportive. Few things were missing in amenities which we expected and disappointing for us😑. Somehow we ***aged with that and did check out to the very next day itself though we planned for few more days. Hotel is good but few things we wanted did not had that. 😔.
