The hotels good. Services provide by Mr. Anand and team was good in regards to food. The cleaning team should be good in cleaning because i raised the concerns of odour coming out from the room as sson as i entered it. This should be solved. Apart from this the stay was good. And kudos to Mr. Anand and his team to deliver the food in time.

I came at pride hotel with my friends and family...for dinner at Puran da dhaba...we had a nice evening at restaurant...and Mr.Gowrikh attend us..he make us very comfortable during the dinner...he has a smiling face during the service...and also very polite..superb service by Gowrikh...and food was also very good 👍

Everything is best and perfect. The rooms are nicely maintained, good facilities, co-operative staff and ***agers. I loved it. The staff is always available for you. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is good. Nice location. Specially Restaurant ***ager Mr. Madhur a very nice person and served us well.

It’s a run down property. Decently maintained. Room that i was allotted was smelly, probably because it was a smoking room and i am a non smoker. They however changed my room after request. Rest everything was usual nothing overwhelming or underwhelming. Breakfast was decent. It’s a decent stay and value for money hotel i would recommend for short business trips.

Good stay but the room had a foul and strong smell of pesticides. Also the washroom had a foul smell of some rodent. Bath supplies were not provided, however was instantly given when asked for. Ms sutapa roy in f&b, hands up for the lady, she does care and take care of any guest's comfort with great and perfect personality.

It's was pretty chill hotel located near to the metro station so easy to travel to city centre and other tourist places. It was clean and had good maintenance

The room i booked was a deluxe room. But the condition of the room was very poor. It was not cleaned, the room was dull of stinking smell. They spray room freshener almost after telling them for the same for 5-6 times. Food quality was not upto the mark. Overall it was not impressive at all. Will never want to stay here again

It’s actually bit disappointing because we got check in one hour delay from the mentioned time …we r travelling from different city amd booked in advance even though we have to wait for an hour for check in ….also the air conditioning in the room was poor…even after informing to the room service they didn’t turned up to rectify it…
