酒店位於市中心，附近就是中國女排郴州訓練基地和北湖公園。客房乾淨衞生。入住後送來了歡迎水果。酒店有地下停車場，停車方便。早餐比較豐富。距離莽山不遠。

非常難點評：設施硬件很老，已經幫我們升級房間了，但真的是老破舊，牆面開裂，房間潮濕有煙味洗浴過窄，早餐也一般。但服務真的是好的沒話説！每天阿姨熱情打掃衞生，還不時拿出小禮品（飲料小食化粧袋洗衣液）以及留温馨便條，太熱情周到的服務，我還提了些無理要求也都熱情滿足了，抵消了點酒店硬件不足的缺憾！酒店位置算是市中心，離北湖公園很近。

服務不錯，最開始的房間有吸煙，幫免費升級為了親子房，還送了小孩小零食。不過晚上睡覺有一衹蚊子。
