I originally booked the Wyndham, but when I arrived, the restroom on the ground floor lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I searched for another hotel and this one looked good. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by its light luxury style and sophisticated ambiance. The owner must have great taste and vision. The main entrance design reminded me of the Rosewood Guangzhou. All the different sections of the lobby had a fantastic design. The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded me to a suite, and the floor attendant was also very friendly and welcoming. It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was abundant. It's just been too hot these past two days; I'll come back in summer or autumn!"

"Facilities: The amenities are quite complete, but the TV doesn't support screen mirroring, and there's no shelf in the bathroom for clothes, which is a bit inconvenient 😂. The hot spring water took a very long time to warm up, and even then it wasn't hot 😂. I called to ask about it, and they said they'd send someone, but after waiting a long time, I called again and they said they'd call someone now, but still no one came. When I called a third time, they said I'd have to wait another half hour for someone to come out 😂😂😂. After going out for dinner, I came back to the hotel, and my key card wouldn't open the door 😅😅. This is the first time I've encountered something like this, and I've stayed in many hotels before..."

"The hygiene was extremely poor. First, the tabletop wasn't wiped at all. There was some unidentified substance on the bed, and the sheets were dirty and covered in dust, which felt like human body dust. After contacting the front desk, they changed my room. However, the tabletop in the second room was also covered in dust. It was truly terrifying. When I entered the room, the air conditioning was extremely cold, and the power card was still plugged in. I don't know if someone had been resting there before I arrived. After changing me to the second room, the air conditioning wasn't turned on. Oh, and there was no water in the first room… it felt like it had been drunk. I will never come back. The pictures I posted show the tabletops and sheets in two different rooms; they were all dirty. They were all dirty. I didn't ask for a third room because the front desk staff was quite nice, and I didn't want to make things difficult for them, but it was truly unacceptable, especially the second picture. Was someone picking their feet on the bed?"

Dongjiang Lake Zixi Rusi Cultural Hotel
"I haven't written a review in a long time, usually too lazy to do so, but this hotel is definitely worth writing about. I feel like the owner puts a lot of effort into managing it; it's not about superficial bells and whistles, but rather attention to detail. For example, the slippers are comfortable, the toiletries have a pleasant scent, the toothbrushes are good quality, the towels feel nice, the hygiene is impeccable, and the landscaping is exquisite. Also, I have sensitive skin, and I slept very comfortably here without any itching. When I passed by other rooms being cleaned, I saw the staff changing the bedding. I travel many times a year and am particular about bed hygiene. I've even experienced itching in expensive hotels. Although I might be somewhat dissatisfied with some attractions in Chenzhou due to chaotic management, I am very pleased with this hotel and was able to get good rest here. The restaurant food is also quite good, and the staff are well-trained. There are still areas for improvement, though: the parent-child activities aren't varied enough. Staying for two nights, the activities were the same each day, so we only participated once. They could definitely change things up. Also, every time we drive out, we have to go to the front desk to scan a code, and the parking garage isn't on the same floor as the front desk, which adds inconvenience for guests. This could be optimized. After eating out and taking a taxi back to the hotel, the driver proudly said, 'This is the best hotel in our area...' Haha, I hope you continue to be the pride of the local community!"

"Overall it was good. Ctrip VIP users also got a free room upgrade. That was good. Because it was the Spring Festival holiday, the price was relatively higher than usual. The breakfast was OK, with more varieties. But the hotel's security was not very good. The takeaway staff outside could actually come up to the hotel to stay."

"The air conditioning was terrible, and it was so noisy all night. Parking was also inconvenient, the sound insulation was awful, and the front desk staff were very rude, chatting amongst themselves and barely paying attention to anyone."

"The hotel lobby was grand, but also very deserted. There were no concierges at the entrance, no one to help elderly guests with their luggage, and only one staff member at the front desk to handle check-in. Despite seeing the long queue, no additional staff were brought in. When booking, I had requested two rooms on the same floor, and the hotel assured me it could be arranged. However, they said on-site that only one room was available per floor and they couldn't accommodate both. Breakfast service was also poor; items weren't replenished promptly. For example, when hot milk ran out, after informing the staff, they simply took the container away and replaced it with a carton of cold milk. This hotel looks magnificent, but the experience was cold and impersonal."

"The environment is nice, located in the sports center compound. The downstairs lobby is large, making it convenient for resting and dining. It's right next to Beihu Park, just outside the door. The environment is truly wonderful. Definitely worth a try!"

"My younger brother came here for the start of school, and choosing the Vienna International Hotel was a real smart choice! The friendly front desk staff quickly checked me in. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the attention to detail was spotless. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The surrounding area is also very convenient for traveling and dining. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"1. For a room accommodating four people, toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were not provided according to the number of people. 2. Four bottles of mineral water in the room were insufficient, and additional items had to be purchased. 3. The toilet seat was broken. 4. Breakfast was only 6 yuan, and they were still worried you would take more than you were entitled to. 5. Check-out time was 2 PM, and you couldn't get back in after 12 PM. In conclusion, if you want to make money, it's not that we won't let you make money, but don't treat your guests like they're nothing."

"I took a photo of the Paradise Hot Spring Resort Hotel on Ctrip, but when I navigated to the hotel lobby, it said it was not this building but the building below. However, after going around in a big circle, I only saw the Shimu Hot Spring Hotel. I went back to ask about the Paradise Hotel before following the shuttle bus. It turned out to be ten acres. The best thing about the room is that it has an independent hot spring pool on the balcony. I booked it for two nights, but the service couldn't keep up. After we went out the next day, the waiter came to take away our used towels and toothbrushes and clean them. We were not given new towels and toothbrushes, so I had to ask for a long time before the waiter brought them. It was a waste of my time. Breakfast is included, but for a southerner like me, the breakfast is not delicious, and I still had to wait for a table to get it. I had to wait for a long time to get a seat, and there was a long line for a bowl of noodles and a cup of coffee. Normal hotels also include public hot springs, but I heard from a Guangzhou person who had finished bathing that the public hot springs were not good, so I didn't go."

"Moon Shangke Hotel is clean and comfortable, with a simple yet stylish decor. The rooms have great natural light, and the bedding is spotless. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi to tourist attractions. The breakfast spread is also varied and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chenzhou!"
