"The hotel service was very good. When they saw that we had done laundry, they left a clothes drying rack and laundry detergent when they cleaned the room. This thoughtfulness was truly unique among the many hotels we have stayed in. I am very grateful~~~ It completely made up for the minor shortcomings of the hotel's hardware (such as no coffee machine, no refrigerator, etc.). The sanitary conditions are also very good. Different small fruits are thoughtfully prepared every night. If there is any need for assistance, the customer service will do their best to arrange it properly, which is very heartwarming.

"Booked this hotel for my family. This Holiday Inn Express turned out to be better than I expected. Being a new hotel and part of an international chain, I generally wasn't worried about any unpleasant surprises. The breakfast spread was ample and delicious; the noodles and pastries (like croissants), in particular, exceeded my expectations.
**Location:** The hotel is a bit removed from the main attractions, which I actually prefer as hotels right by scenic spots can often be overpriced and lack quality. It's about a 20-minute drive to Feitianshan, half an hour to Gaoyiling, and approximately an hour to Dongjiang Lake.
**Facilities:** Everything felt very new and well-maintained. Opting for a recently opened hotel certainly contributes to a much better experience.
**Cleanliness:** Satisfactory, I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.
**Ambiance:** The lobby is very spacious and grand. While I can't quite pinpoint the specific style, it definitely feels high-quality and upscale.

BBernz CExcellent hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Afternoon tea served to the room was delightful. Staff was helpful and friendly. They helped arrange transport to MangShan. Breakfast buffet in the morning was a good spread was Western and Chinese cuisine. There are several restaurants around the Hotel. But there is a small restaurant situated in a Buidling on the left of the hotel as you walk out and it serves the most delicious Chinese food and very affordable. Overall Hotel experience is excellent.

Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is pretty good at the lobby and room. However the carpet in my room is stained at the bed area.
Amenities- standard amenities and facilities. Gym looks ok but cigarette smell lingering . Maybe due to a smoking fall. I decided not to use and did my run outside . The cafe / restaurant might be a little small. At 720 , I had to wait 15 min for a table to be available.
Choice of food western and Chinese fare available .
You should give your chef a set of proper uniforms. I observed a 大妈with a chef hat doing topping up of food.

The sanitary details are comparable to five-star hotels: daily cleaning and disinfection, daily change of sheets and towels, even toothbrush cups are intimately packaged in disposable packaging, and people with obsessive-compulsive disorder are directly satisfied. The environment is even more fairy-level, the room terrace faces the sea of clouds and forests, and the mist is like a fairyland after the rain. The most amazing is the private kitchen! The ingredients are all freshly picked locally. Mangshan Black Dolphin is very good. The reservoir forktail fish, firewood chicken, and the rice grown by the farmhouse are all cooked in mountain spring water, and the grains are sweet. For this stutter, it is worth coming again! The overall experience is full marks, strong Amway!

The hotel's facilities are very complete, and what I am particularly pleased with is that it is equipped with a swimming pool. This is a huge plus for families with young children. And the swimming pool is constant temperature. What’s even more surprising is that you can use the gym and swimming pool for free when you stay in the hotel, which is very cost-effective! The children had a great time playing in the swimming pool, and we adults could also relax in the gym. In short, this hotel performs well in all aspects and is highly recommended to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, new and really worth the price. If you come with friends/ driving i would recommend the hotel thou. Otherwise It's in the middle of nowhere so make sure you stock up your snacks before coming. Its 22km from the train station which cost me 70rmb taxi to get here, 10km from the lake area.
The owners were friendly and kind, offer to help bring my luggage up and down stair, also offer me free noodle for breakfast.
walking distanct is less the 1km but you will need to cross the road into the other side first before walking. I didnt understand the owner's explaination so ended up walk 2km, just found that out taking the taxi back😂.
overall that was a nice experience.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely excellent stay. The service across all departments—from the Front Desk and Room Service to the Di Ming restaurant and the hot springs—was outstanding. Every hotel member we interacted with was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated how immaculately clean the entire environment was kept.
I want to offer a special commendation to the Front Desk and Restaurant Managers/Headers. Their commitment to personalized service and leading by example was truly noteworthy. They were warm, genuinely helpful, and created very memorable moments during our visit. Thank you.

A note for future travelers: While the hotel itself is excellent, please be aware that transportation in the surrounding area is very challenging without a personal car.
It is extremely difficult to secure ride-sharing services (like Didi), and hiring local drivers is quite costly. They often charge a round-trip fee for a single journey. For example, a trip less than 1 mile from the hotel to the West Gate cost us ¥50 for drop-off and pickup. A longer trip to the East Gate was at ¥250.

Travel: The hotel is very close to Yuhou Street in the city center. The pedestrian street snack street is right next to the hotel, and the BBK shopping mall is also next to it, which is really convenient. You can also go for a walk in Beihu Park and climb Suxianling Mountain.
