The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

The receptionist upgraded me to an executive suite, so it was very spacious. However, it was quite hot when I entered the room due to the afternoon sun, but it cooled down after turning on the air conditioning. There is underground parking available for free. Ailian Lake Park is nearby, offering beautiful night views.

Even the famous Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area, the drive is only about half an hour, get up early to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the foggy Xiaodongjiang, there is plenty of time, no need to waste travel time. Compared with many homestays around Zhangzhou, this inn is very cost-effective, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The room was tiny, and the facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel. The mattress was incredibly soft; after just one night, my back was aching. The bed frame was even worse – I was afraid to even turn over because it made such a loud creaking noise. It was really disturbing at night. Even a slight movement would make the mattress shake violently, waking up anyone next to me. Honestly, this is the worst bed I've ever experienced in any hotel. For a supposed five-star establishment, the hardware really needs an upgrade.
