The service of the homestay is impeccable. From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the friendly greetings of the restaurant aunt, every staff member is sincere and thoughtful, responsive, planning the tour route for us, the experience is excellent. The catering recommended by the staff of the hotel is also commendable. The authentic Dongjiang fish and farm dishes are fresh and taste pure. In short, this is a journey of healing both physically and mentally. Going to the villa is worthy of the name and has a sense of ”homecoming”. Next time you come to Zixing, this is undoubtedly the best choice!

Excellent hotel, definitely a five-star review! I originally booked the Wyndham, but when I arrived, the restroom on the ground floor lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I searched for another hotel and this one looked good. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by its light luxury style and sophisticated ambiance. The owner must have great taste and vision. The main entrance design reminded me of the Rosewood Guangzhou. All the different sections of the lobby had a fantastic design. The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded me to a suite, and the floor attendant was also very friendly and welcoming. It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was abundant. It's just been too hot these past two days; I'll come back in summer or autumn!

The hotel service I stayed at this time was really super satisfied! The location is very convenient, not far from the bus station, the high-speed rail station is not far away, the rainy day also warmly helped arrange the high-speed rail pick-up service, the room is particularly clean, the bedding is soft, the sleep is very comfortable, the bathroom has no smell, and the toiletries are complete. Xiaohe waiter has a very good attitude. Check-in and check-out are very fast. If you have any questions, ask them patiently and take the initiative to recommend nearby attractions to us. There are many types of breakfast, the taste is good, and you can eat enough. Room facilities and equipment are also OK, the space is large, the night is very quiet, will not be disturbed. We also upgraded the room for free, the price is super high, this price can live in such a good hotel, really cost-effective. I will choose this next time and recommend it to my friends!

My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! 👍 The room had excellent natural light, and the environment was quiet and elegant, ensuring a disturbance-free rest. The front desk lady was very welcoming and kind, making communication a breeze. I had a very comfortable stay. The room size was also generous. This is definitely the go-to hotel when visiting Chenzhou! The amenities are complete and functional, highly recommended!!

This hotel was in a perfect location as it was close to the railway station, bus stops and had lots of convince stores around! The staff were lovely and upgraded our room for free and gave us an extra breakfast card. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (fruit, vegetables, juice, eggs etc). I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting especially if you are wanting to visit Yangtianhu Grassland as the bus stop is about 8-10 minute walk away.

The receptionist upgraded me to an executive suite, so it was very spacious. However, it was quite hot when I entered the room due to the afternoon sun, but it cooled down after turning on the air conditioning. There is underground parking available for free. Ailian Lake Park is nearby, offering beautiful night views.

You can tell this is an established, luxury hotel with a good foundation. The decor and service are both excellent, and the hot springs are fantastic. The only minor drawback was the taste of the food at the Chinese restaurant downstairs. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective at cooling, but overall it was good. I would definitely come back again.

This was our second stay at the Jinhuang Hotel, and the quality remained excellent! The front desk recognized us and upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was quiet and clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were proactive, friendly, and responsive. The surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping, greatly enhancing our trip to Chenzhou. We'll definitely stay here again!

Came here with my family and everyone had a great time. The kids loved the pool, and my husband and I enjoyed the sauna and gym. Breakfast was especially plentiful and satisfied both the elderly and the children. We were pleasantly surprised upon entering our room with complimentary fruit, and even received snacks in the evening – the service was very thoughtful. The nearby Yuhou Street is also worth a visit for a pleasant stroll. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next vacation.
