The design of the room will perfectly integrate modern simplicity with natural Zen. The facilities are high-end brands. The bedding is especially comfortable. Sleeping overnight until dawn. The service of the homestay is impeccable. From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the friendly greetings of the restaurant aunt, every staff member is sincere and thoughtful, responsive, planning the tour route for us, the experience is excellent. The catering recommended by the staff of the hotel is also commendable. The authentic Dongjiang fish and farm dishes are fresh and taste pure. In short, this is a journey of healing both physically and mentally. Going to the villa is worthy of the name and has a sense of ”homecoming”. Next time you come to Zixing, this is undoubtedly the best choice!

The hotel room was very new and spacious, and spotlessly clean. Both the bathroom and toilet were huge. The 24-hour butler service was a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast was also excellent, featuring local Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles. The surrounding restaurants were fantastic too. I'll definitely choose Yanbo Hotel again next time I visit Chenzhou; it offers great value for money.

The hotel service I stayed at this time was really super satisfied! The location is very convenient, not far from the bus station, the high-speed rail station is not far away, the rainy day also warmly helped arrange the high-speed rail pick-up service, the room is particularly clean, the bedding is soft, the sleep is very comfortable, the bathroom has no smell, and the toiletries are complete. Xiaohe waiter has a very good attitude. Check-in and check-out are very fast. If you have any questions, ask them patiently and take the initiative to recommend nearby attractions to us. There are many types of breakfast, the taste is good, and you can eat enough. Room facilities and equipment are also OK, the space is large, the night is very quiet, will not be disturbed. We also upgraded the room for free, the price is super high, this price can live in such a good hotel, really cost-effective. I will choose this next time and recommend it to my friends!

My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

The front desk staffs were friendly and efficient. We were served hot tea on arrival and were kindly checked in at 10+am. We did not buy breakfast when we made our booking but were offered a good price for it. Breakfast was varied and delicious but almost the same daily. Body lotion and conditioner was not provided in the room. The next morning when we asked for advice on sightseeing routes, Ms. 岛 advised us to hire a private vehicle and made arrangements for the hire. Price is reasonable and the driver was good.  Many thanks to you, Ms. 岛 for your help and excellent service.

1. I asked for a deposit of 500 and got a refund of 475. Why was it deducted 25? It was deducted without notice. Can you tell me what items in the room cost 25? By the way, I put away the condoms in the room because I had children. Is it the condom? I forgot to put it back when I left... If it is really the case, I just hope that I will tell you if I want to deduct the money. I will leave and won't think about the 25. I just want to be respected... Yes Okay, what does it mean to put condoms in the parent-child room? 2. Today I am staying in another hotel in Changsha, and I also need a deposit. The deposit policy is very unfriendly, and my credit has no effect on this policy...

This was our second stay at the Jinhuang Hotel, and the quality remained excellent! The front desk recognized us and upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was quiet and clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were proactive, friendly, and responsive. The surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping, greatly enhancing our trip to Chenzhou. We'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel was in a perfect location as it was close to the railway station, bus stops and had lots of convince stores around! The staff were lovely and upgraded our room for free and gave us an extra breakfast card. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (fruit, vegetables, juice, eggs etc). I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting especially if you are wanting to visit Yangtianhu Grassland as the bus stop is about 8-10 minute walk away.

The room was tiny, and the facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel. The mattress was incredibly soft; after just one night, my back was aching. The bed frame was even worse – I was afraid to even turn over because it made such a loud creaking noise. It was really disturbing at night. Even a slight movement would make the mattress shake violently, waking up anyone next to me. Honestly, this is the worst bed I've ever experienced in any hotel. For a supposed five-star establishment, the hardware really needs an upgrade.
