GGuest UserAs a Virgo, I am very strict about the choice of hotels every time I travel. This time, I chose Hilton Garden Inn among many options for the 5.1 trip. The hotel has a good location and is about 15 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. Dido's service is warm, the check-in procedure is fast, the room bedding is comfortable, and the key is clean and hygienic, and there is no odor in the room. It is suitable for business travel or family travel, free parking, and there are charging piles nearby, which is very convenient for self-driving. The breakfast products are also rich, and the food is replenished quickly, which is very good!

GGuest UserVery impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.
Great service, highly recommended 👏

GGuest UserJ Hotel is relatively new, located in Wuling Square. The decoration style is very suitable for young people. The hotel is generally OK. There are McDonald's, tea restaurants, and shopping malls around it. It is very convenient and can be reached on foot. The hot water in the bathroom is very stable. The curtains are electric and can be controlled by Tmall Genie. It is very intelligent. There is central air conditioning. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. They also recommended local specialties to us. It is delicious, but we are Cantonese and can't eat spicy food. This hotel is very cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends. It will be a happy trip.

GGuest UserThe place of work is very close to the hotel, so I chose to stay here. The room is very clean and the items are neatly arranged. The bedding is very comfortable and the ventilation effect is quite good. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk on the morning shift is very good, especially the lady with glasses has a very sweet smile and feels very kind. Parking is very convenient. I will stay here next time

Hygiene: The bathtub is not clean either, so I washed it myself.
Environment: OK.
Service: There are too many people, and towels are not enough, which is understandable.
The price of this platform is acceptable and higher than offline, but it is really much higher! !
The breakfast is just noodles, but it is good to have noodles, and the taste is OK.

The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bed was super comfortable, giving me a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, checking in was quick, and they also provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The breakfast was varied and delicious. When checking in, the whole process was full of smiles, the action was quick and meticulous, and we took the initiative to ask about our stay needs, and also intimately informed the breakfast time, elevator location and surrounding play guides. The elderly in the same group forgot to bring their ID card. The front desk was not impatient at all. They patiently guided us to complete the registration through electronic documents and took the initiative to help carry the luggage. It was more efficient when checking out, checking the information, issuing an invoice, and enthusiastically telling us to pay attention to the weather changes before leaving.
