GGuest UserAs a Virgo, I am very strict about the choice of hotels every time I travel. This time, I chose Hilton Garden Inn among many options for the 5.1 trip. The hotel has a good location and is about 15 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. Dido's service is warm, the check-in procedure is fast, the room bedding is comfortable, and the key is clean and hygienic, and there is no odor in the room. It is suitable for business travel or family travel, free parking, and there are charging piles nearby, which is very convenient for self-driving. The breakfast products are also rich, and the food is replenished quickly, which is very good!

XXuxindeshizizuoChenzhou offers several distinct and interesting attractions, and this hotel also proved to be excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room featured a simple, uncluttered decor and offered ample space. A thoughtful touch was the daily provision of four bottles of water, which was extremely convenient for visiting during the hot summer. For those driving, parking right at the entrance was also very easy. The breakfast quality was superb: they offered bottled and boxed milk, aromatic coffee, fresh fruit salad, and delicious local noodles. Everything tasted great. The staff consistently offered warm greetings, whether we were arriving or leaving. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends for future visits.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, new and really worth the price. If you come with friends/ driving i would recommend the hotel thou. Otherwise It's in the middle of nowhere so make sure you stock up your snacks before coming. Its 22km from the train station which cost me 70rmb taxi to get here, 10km from the lake area.
The owners were friendly and kind, offer to help bring my luggage up and down stair, also offer me free noodle for breakfast.
walking distanct is less the 1km but you will need to cross the road into the other side first before walking. I didnt understand the owner's explaination so ended up walk 2km, just found that out taking the taxi back😂.
overall that was a nice experience.

The hotel's facilities are very complete, and what I am particularly pleased with is that it is equipped with a swimming pool. This is a huge plus for families with young children. And the swimming pool is constant temperature. What’s even more surprising is that you can use the gym and swimming pool for free when you stay in the hotel, which is very cost-effective! The children had a great time playing in the swimming pool, and we adults could also relax in the gym. In short, this hotel performs well in all aspects and is highly recommended to everyone!

MM229483****It's very close to the east gate of Mangshan's Five Finger Peak, perfect for a one-night stay before heading out for a hike the next morning! The rooms are decent, and there's a restaurant where you can order food, which is delicious. The B&B is nestled in the mountains, so the air is quite good, and you can enjoy some fresh air in the rest area at the entrance.

GGuest UserI stay here every time I come to Chenzhou! It's quiet and comfortable. The room is decorated in a simple and stylish way, with complete facilities, making people feel very relaxed. The service staff is very enthusiastic and helped solve many practical problems. Recommended to everyone! I stay here every time I come to Loudi! It's a few hundred meters walk from here to the train station, and there are many buses at the door!

GGuest UserI couldn't watch the live TV broadcast, but the staff who came to debug it said confidently: ”You can just watch free programs on Yun Audio and Video.” This hotel is newly opened and the details are not perfect yet. Some rooms did not have WiFi, and I asked for a room close to the elevator, but they insisted that they were not cleaned well.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely excellent stay. The service across all departments—from the Front Desk and Room Service to the Di Ming restaurant and the hot springs—was outstanding. Every hotel member we interacted with was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated how immaculately clean the entire environment was kept.
I want to offer a special commendation to the Front Desk and Restaurant Managers/Headers. Their commitment to personalized service and leading by example was truly noteworthy. They were warm, genuinely helpful, and created very memorable moments during our visit. Thank you.

A note for future travelers: While the hotel itself is excellent, please be aware that transportation in the surrounding area is very challenging without a personal car.
It is extremely difficult to secure ride-sharing services (like Didi), and hiring local drivers is quite costly. They often charge a round-trip fee for a single journey. For example, a trip less than 1 mile from the hotel to the West Gate cost us ¥50 for drop-off and pickup. A longer trip to the East Gate was at ¥250.

GGuest UserThe front desk service is very good. The room is clean and hygienic. There is free parking and laundry. The bed here is very comfortable and quiet. Shopping and transportation are very convenient. There are also free roasted sweet potatoes. Highly recommended. Xinglong Pedestrian Street is right next door, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.
