When we arrived, there was quite a bit of dust on the floor, so the cleaning wasn't great. The apartment was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 3 children). "POSITIVE: Central hotel and very well located. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning works well. The staff is friendly and makes the stay pleasant. NEGATIVE: It is a quite noisy hotel. Great for young people or those who go out at night. Otherwise, it is a hotel where it can be difficult to rest. Perhaps the most negative point is the food. We had read many comments from people who spoke badly about the food but we still decided to try it. We ask for full board. The truth is that the food is not good. It's not that it's bad because it's expired, it's just that it doesn't taste good. It's not a good flavor. They have various dishes at the buffet and it is still difficult to find one that you like. Of the days we were there, several of us decided to eat and/or dine out despite having paid for it because we did not enjoy the food. We recommend this hotel but without food. Accommodation only. It is almost more difficult to cook food badly than to cook it well for a chef, but in this hotel they have achieved it."

The hotel is well located, next to Fenals beach, and not far from the center, but a little away for more tranquility. The room was modern, the swimming pool pleasant and the buffet quite decent, with fresh fruit, raw vegetables and good grilled fish."
