NO parking, drama to get to the hotel in pouring rain. Children screaming in the corridors until deep into the night. A large air conditioning main machine diagonally below our bedroom that made noise. Very noisy!! And to top it off, a noisy loving couple in the room next to us. In short, not really a hotel for a stopover night. Had no rest... hardly could sleep.

Hotel scelto come meta della gita scolastica. Gli studenti sono stati trattati malissimo dal personale preposto all’accoglienza che ha agito con supponenza e arroganza nel rispondere a normali richieste. Il personale è stato quasi sempre scortese e arrogante. Inoltre il cibo servito è stato scadente.

Sono andato in gita con la scuola, partendo già dalla prima entrata nella stanza, la camera era sporca con polvere e sporcizia per terra. Il personale è veramente scadente e privo di senso di rispetto verso i turisti, soprattutto il personale del ristorante, che, anche avendo già pagato tutto, abbiamo i turni per mangiare, di cui nessuno ce ne aveva parlato, e per 10 minuti di ritardo hanno fatto storie per farci mangiare, mettendoci fretta e continuando a girare intorno al nostro tavolo incitandoci a lasciare il posto ad altri senza nemmeno farci prendere dell’acqua da bere. In più siamo stati cacciati dal bar con prepotenza e di forza senza un primo richiamo. Il cibo è scadente, tutto surgelato e i cornetti ammuffiti, non ho idea di come non abbiano fatto ad accorgersene, il pane è di pietra e la pasta non ho avuto il coraggio di assaggiarla. l'occasione della permanenza è stata una gita scolastica. L'accoglienza ...da dimenticare (anche se ricevi una scolaresca non puoi trattarla male!). varietà di cibo al buffet, ma di scarsa qualità. accoglienza pessima, Unica cosa mezza decente è stata la colazione!

Had a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. Struggling to understand where all the bad reviews are coming from! The room was basic but spacious and clean and we had a balcony with a pool view. We only opted for breakfast to be included in our stay, even as veggies we had plenty of choice and there were different options each day alongside the usual breakfast offerings. All the staff who we interacted with were polite and helpful. The only downside we really encountered was that the walls are paper thin and you can hear the other rooms around you. This wasn't a problem for us but I can imagine in the height of summer when bigger groups are holidaying it could get a bit noisy. Nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn't sort through!
