Viaggio d’istruzione classi quinte. Spaventati dalle ultime recensioni scritte da un gruppo di studenti in viaggio d’istruzione ci siamo recati in questo albergo con un po’ di perplessità. Ebbene possiamo dire che l’esperienza in questo hotel è stata assolutamente positiva sia per cordialità del personale sia per il cibo servito a buffet veramente molto vario e molto buono.

Todo bien salvo los horarios del comedor. Nos tenemos que adaptar a un horario que no es el nuestro y eso que pagamos por nuestras vacaciones… comida de 12.30 a 14.30? Pero si a las 14.40 es cuando empezamos a comer.!!! Y la cena de 18.30 a 21.30… mas de lo mismo…! No me parece justo que seamos nosotras las que tengamos que cambiar horarios. Ya lo hacemos al ir a sus países…!

The location is grate, room's are clean and freshly tidyed every day. Food choices for everyday is amazing. The program in the hotel is pretty good! Every day there is something new like animations, singing and stuff like that. I guarantee you will have a great time!

Un hotel grande pero muy bien equipado, con personal super atento y gastronomia muy correcta. Nunca existe la sensación de que haya multitudes. El único problema es la baja insonorización entre habitacions contiguas. Por lo demás muy recomendable.

Sono stata in questo hotel per una gita scolastica. Il servizio è orribile, il cibo è crudo e con una pessima qualità, tant'è che un mio compagno ha avuto un grave intossico e lo staff non ha minimamente aiutato, anzi tutt’altro , uno dello staff ci ha urlato parolacce in faccia perché facevamo rumore la notte poiché nessuno oltre noi potevamo aiutarlo. anche la sicurezza è pessima, infatti hanno derubato la stanza di alcuni miei compagni e le telecamere non mostravano nulla , e a quanto pare non è la prima volta che succede in questo Hotel, ci siamo arrangiati soli, senza nessun aiuto, non consiglio minimamente un hotel del genere, il nostro viaggio si è rovinato per colpa loro .

Amazing hotel, food was good. room was all you needed, hotel was busy but that was a good sign, pool was nice and water slide across the road highly recommend. I am planning my next stay already. Ps. This seems to be the nicest & best reviewed Garbo hotel in town

Fui en un grupo muy grande y, en el bar, siempre nos han atendido muy rápidamente; además, con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja e interesándose personalmente por cada uno de nosotros. Igual de buena situación en el comedor, tanto por parte de los camareros como los cocineros.

Hôtel propre (les femmes de ménage œuvrent toute la journée) tout le personnel est souriant et agréable, la restauration est variée et bonne, les chambres sont de belles tailles, le ménage est fait tous les jours et très correctement, le centre ville est tout proche ainsi que la plage. Je n ai mis que trois étoiles car du petit déjeuner, déjeuné et dîné on vit dans un brouhaha insupportable, on ne s y attarde pas ( des maux de tête) c est la même chose au bar. Il y a eu trois animations en soirées mais sans intérêt Je recommande cet hôtel pour les jeunes fêtards car tout proche des lieux animés la nuit et qui ne seront pas dérangés par les cris, les portes claquées, les va et vient dans les couloirs toute la nuit Il serait souhaitable que les parents apprennent à leurs enfants à RESPECTER les femmes de ménage et leur indiquer que les détritus se mettent dans les poubelles et non dans les couloirs, les ascenseurs etc mais certains parents sont ils eux mêmes respectueux ? C est vraiment dommage car c est un bel hôtel bien situé

The rooms are basic but clean. The reception staff are surly and unhelpful but the bar staff were good and helpful. The main problem with our stay was the vast number of noisy groups which led us to leave early. The constant banging of doors and screaming adults and children was just too much. One night a large group of guests were sitting outside our rooms in the corridor having a picnic and screaming and running around until 3am. After getting 3 hours sleep we were woken again at 6am buy arriving guests waiting by the pool to check in for 1pm. Would advise not to stay here. We had to pay out 300 euros to stay the last 2 nights at a different hotel. Nightmare. The pool was also in the shade so was not able to use it.
