Nice, new hotel in the city center. Excellent Spanish breakfast: with eggs, toasted ham, delicious coffee, etc. I especially liked the breakfast schedule: 8.00-13.30. Nice, clean rooms...lucky: I lived in the corner)) Nice reception! And most importantly: adequate guests))) Success and prosperity!

Hotel agradable, cómodo, acogedor. Es cierto que el brunch es ilimitado. Gran variedad de productos y de calidad. Personal muy atento, servicial y simpático, especialmente, los encargados del brunch. Amabilidad y empatía. No es un resort, ni falta que le hace. Totalmente aconsejable y con un precio muy bueno.

Recepción fantástica en la que trabajan profesionales muy amables. La habitación y la limpieza en general muy buenas. Lo único, el cuarto de la ducha es pequeño. Por lo demás, muy bien. Conexión a Internet inestable. La app móvil da fallos pues no nos permitía acceder a la llave virtual. Nos dieron llave física.

Excellent hotel for its location because it is located in the center of Lloret de mar and is close to the beach and the various points of interest in the city. But I wouldn't stay here again for other reasons. The first is the cleanliness of the room: when we arrived in the room there were a sock and an envelope hanging from the ceiling that covered the smoke detector. Furthermore, the shower was not clean and there was still sand from those who had used it before. After I notified the reception of this, they told me that they would remove the things from the ceiling and that they would clean the room. When I returned the shower was not clean and only the bag had been removed from the ceiling. But in general the room was not cleaned well on other days either. The breakfast was good but nothing special, good for the price paid. Another flaw is that the hotel is frequented a lot by young people so at night they were noisy until 4/5 in the morning. And what's more, one morning when we left the hotel we found a used condom on the entrance stairs which was removed practically the next day. For these reasons just mentioned, I think I will not return to stay in this hotel which has a lot of potential

I have been twice, September and October. Yes, I would recommend it for quality/price. But both times that I have asked for a double bed and not two single beds together, they have not been able to grant it to me, I understand that it is upon request but this second time it was low season... and they gave us the worst room there was... in the hall there was the sink for wash your hands... you enter the room and the bathroom door is a shabby sliding door that you cannot have any privacy... in terms of cleanliness in general very good but the bathroom towels smelled of humidity. When it came time to link the cell phone to the TV, I don't know why it couldn't be done, the very kind technician came, fixed it but that same night it broke again****

Welcoming, attentive staff, room, WiFi, functional, hearty breakfast, swimming pool, cleanliness, very quiet even if it is in the city center, affordable price, to come back during our next vacation

Impeccable treatment at reception. Very extensive and good unlimited breakfast. Service from the girls in the dining room clean and efficient. Clean room.
