説是客房禁煙，其實房間裏面有煙灰缸，衹是禁止在床上抽煙而已。實際上肯定有在床上抽煙，厭惡煙味的人，不要訂。電梯裏面都是煙味，大堂煙霧瀰漫，令人窒息。
第二，酒店整體環境較差，公共區域很臟。
第三，國慶期間是平時價格的兩倍多。
第四，房間兩個桌子臟得很，一擦都是黑灰。椅子更不用説了，明顯的臟污。
第五，房間地板和牆面有明顯臟污，尤其是浴室，看起來很臟。
第六，被套爛掉了，都沒換，被芯很臟，有很多陳年棉團。
第七，吹風機特別垃圾。難用。
反正從到酒店，就覺得哪哪都很不滿意，這是最後一次去郴州玩了。
