酒店停車方便，服務態度很好，半夜12點隔壁房間的電視機聲音開的很高，打電話到總枱，一位先生接的電話，二分鐘就安排人上來處理了。尤其是蘇若女士服務態度尤其好，因為自駕遊，需要換一個電瓶，先是幫忙接，換下的電瓶要麻煩她幫忙寄回去，退房時當面感謝，回了一句：為客人服務好是我應該做的！真心感謝！

房間環境大小都可以，前台接待也很熱情，到的時候是晚上還下雨了，前台很客氣立馬倒了熱水，但是睡到半夜身上一陣癢，大人小孩都癢，早起發現被子上有臟東西，懷疑床單未更換，五一假期價格上翻倍可以理解，但是相應衞生也要做好才對，因為當時癢的時候已經是半夜了，想着不要麻煩勉強睡了，結果去退房的時候前台換了人，態度沒有前一天晚上好，語氣還很不耐煩，總體感受一般吧

前台二位靚女有很強的親和力。酒店應該開業沒多久，住的很舒服，床上用品品質很好，都想帶回家裡用了哈哈哈
