The common areas and the outside looked nice, but my room was nasty. The entrance door was misaligned and hard to close, the carpet and the sofa were stained. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the elevator. To make matters worse, the shower floor was dirty so me and my wife had to wash up in the sink. This was not at all like the other Holiday Inn Express hotels i have stayed in which is why i chose to stay here. I will never stay in this location ever again and makes me question whether if ill stay in the other locations.

This property had reviews regarding their breakfast but i found the options to be good and the food to be decent. The bed was comfortable the room was huge and we had great service from staff.

Everything was good. The breakfast was poor. Only eggs,bacon. 1 type of fruit. Pancake machine not working no toast. Could be better

Wonderful service real breakfast and customer service just awesome we ended up staying an extra day because our stay here was very comfortable to come to after meeting family and friends

Comfy bed and exceptionally friendly staff. The main reason i chose this hotel was because it was advertised to have a spa tub, but it unfortunately does not.

Not a great experience compared to other Holiday Inns. Staff on reception struggled to understand English, rooms were very smelly and damp (we suspect the air-con needed some attention). Breakfast was not up to the usual Holiday Inn Express standard, lots of items were missing or in short supply. The indoor pool was acceptable. Wouldn’t stay here again.
