因身處國外真的好身不由已，因怕酒店選得還特意選的價格稍高一點，外加了退房保險，第一天到該酒店太晚了，20多個小時的飛機加上舟車勞累，身體也不舒服，第二天早上早早出門到也沒感覺什麼異樣，結果晚上回來推開門一股子像是一放了100多衹臭鞋子的味道撲面而來，薰得我辣得睜不開眼睛，先生説是地毯臭把空調打開就行，等一會兒就好，説著就自顧自地沖涼泡浴缸去了，我和先生提出去和酒店溝通，換房間或者退房，先生以太晚太累拒絕了我的要求，並且説身在國外，忍忍就好了，結果就睡一晚上睡得不好，帶上口罩遮住鼻子和眼睛才能勉強睡一下，每次去完衞生間在出來聞到房間的味道真的臭的不行，寫完這條評論我就收拾行李了，是早上6:00，請大家避雷是二樓215房間，順便吐槽我先生，太不靠譜了🤬

The gentlemen that checked me in was very rude and acted as if he didn’t care. He gave me the room key and it didn’t work at all I went back to the front desk and told him that it didn’t work he act as if I was bothering him. I’ve stayed here plenty of times and never got treated like that. I will not be coming back after last night.

This hotel was awesome!!! I would have liked to have more parking. But, this is also a plus. They were so busy that parking was limited. Excellent accomodations.

I had to wait over 20 minutes for the front desk person to come out of his office to check me in. I couldn’t even get in the door for over 15 minutes. I buzzed the door numerous times and called the hotel several times to no avail. Finally a guest came out and I was able to get in. Then I sat on the couch and repeatedly called until finally the person answered. I told him I was trying to check in. He comes out. I told him I was waiting for 20 minutes and he called me a liar. This was not a good holiday inn experience for me. The hotel was nice. But that’s unacceptable to have someone working that is rude, obnoxious and incompetent. I won’t be coming back to this location.
