Was not pleased. They took me to 3 different rooms and they all had bugs in them. They wont give you a refund

This is a nice extended stay hotel. They allow you to look at the room before you check in. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The staff is friendly and courteous. I have had a very pleasant stay so far. It has been very quiet and the hotel itself is sent off the road a ways so you don't hear much traffic.

There was no heat in the room finally the third day they moved us. There were no drip pans on the stove….fire hazard!

When arriving to this property, it looks very nice to say it’s an ‘extended stay’. I often travel for work & I am always looking for quiet, safe places to stay that have the kitchenette area because I enjoy cooking. This property allows you to look at the room before check in & if you are unpleased, they will do their best to rectify the situation. One can tell the property is a bit older, but the rooms AND the grounds on the property are very well managed & CLEAN. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!!! I felt as though I was sleeping on clouds. The general manager, Nahye, and his team takes AMAZING care of each guest when they stay. The hotel is in a good location to different shopping places, grocery stores & the interstate if you need to hop on/off quickly. VERY quiet, well managed & I would stay here again & again if I could! Whenever I am in the Chesapeake area for work again, I will be sure to stop by this property to stay!

The best part of staying here over the years was the internet access which they have slowed to a halt and now require you to pay an additional $25 a per day. Room conditions were not good either. Picture ripped off the wall, air conditioner had a gap you could see out to the exterior of the building, towels were dirty. May never return here again.

This place is absolutely fantastic with the amazing general manager Nahye and also his amazing assistant manager Christy. Plus I can't forget the wonderful front desk staff member Sean. This place makes you feel like home everyday you're here and they make it even better showing their love and care for the residents here.

Nyae, Christy and Sean are the friendliest and most attentive staff I've encountered from anywhere. Definitely a family friendly place to go to! Safety of rooms is on point. Neighbors are friendly. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Sean and Christina offered the best customer service I could ask for!! The facility was clean and comfortable. I had no trouble with my stay here. Both Sean and Christina went above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.
