Disneyland Paris
My daughter and I stayed in the Deluxe level of the hotel on 25th until 28th of November. We arrived via an Uber from Paris and so were on the carpark side of the hotel. Cast members from luggage service were there to greet us and took our luggage straight away, very friendly and efficient. We checked in at the Deluxe check in service which was smooth, a lovely cast member gave us all the information we needed regarding the hotel facilities, Deluxe lounge and the beautiful literature and Magic passes. Our room was ready and we were told our luggage would be sent there. As we had travelled all morning we decided to go to the Deluxe lounge before visiting our room. We were greeted and seated and told that afternoon tea would begin in twenty minutes time and we were given a drinks menu which had every imaginable tea, coffee, hot chocolate along with various sodas and nectars. Afternoon tea consisted of savoury items hot pizza rolls, salad, small pots of pasta, salmon, various cheese and a large selection of sweet items, crepes, pastries, cakes, dessert pots. All very pleasant. Cast members in the lounge were attentive offering drinks throughout. When finished we decided to visit our room. We were on the first floor room number 3177 and had a Sleeping Beauty theme. The window view was of some grass and we could see a part of Disney village in the distance. We had a mini bar that contained complimentary water, fizzy water, pear nectar along with three tubs of snacks, savoury biscuits, dried fruit and caramelised almonds. A nice touch. The fridge is large enough to top up with extra drinks or snacks. We used it for some macarons we purchased. There is a drawer of flavoured tea, coffee for the Lavazza machine and hot chocolate sachets, cups, glasses, bottle opener. There are spa slippers in the room for you to keep after your stay and robes for you to borrow while you are there. Toiletries of showergel, shampoo and conditioner are large mounted bottles there is body lotion and soap provided each day. A normal hairdryer is provided along with some weighing scales. In the evening we received a turndown service, curtains drawn, bedding folded back, Exclusive tea left (there should also be a treat of nougat but we only received this once) and a beautiful art work story card. Breakfast in the lounge was never too busy and consisted of the usual hot and cold buffet items. You can also visit the lounge until 10pm to sit and have complimentary drinks however you can also purchase a variety of alcoholic beverages. Cast members will happily offer you drinks to take back to your room. All sodas and nectars are in glass bottles. Remember the lounge is now only available until 11am on your last day. Things to do in the hotel, you can use the DLP app to book to meet a princess, you can only do this once at a time so the minute your time slot has past you can book again and do this as many times as you like. There is a Discovery quest. Great fun! Request a ma

Disneyland Paris
This is our second stay here this time with our newest addition 8 month old baby. I was happy with the cot we were able to request for free, it was a “real cot” and not the foldable material style. It was ready for us arriving and had a sheet already on and a spare too. The hotel is suitable for the buggy as it has a lift. The 2 bedroom apartment has a double room, a box room with bunk beds (my tall 11 and 14yr old managed but I think that would be difficult in another year) to fit in the beds but they said they were really comfy. The double bed was comfy and enough storage for a short trip. We kept the cot in the living room and there was also a sofa bed in there too. It’s nice being able to close the door to the living room and the side door to the hallway, so if the baby was asleep we used the other door to exit the bedroom. We only used the kitchen for the kettle to make baby milk and store our juice etc in the fridge. We used the mircrowave to sterilise the bottles. On arrival in the room you get a bottle of water each , a small sachet of washing up liquid, a dishwasher tablet, a sponge for washing dishes, some tea and coffee sachets and only a few little milks. I bought two coffees from the breakfast area but it was a little cup , however it did until we went out and bought some larger coffees. The cleanliness of the hotel is really high, every day the housekeeping gave us towels, sometimes not enough so we had to ask for more. The bathroom was good, bath with shower over and separate shower cubicle and separate toilet room. So you could shower two people at once. We bathed the baby in the bath too so this was handy. You get little soap bars included too and a shower gel dispenser in the shower. The laundry room in the lower ground area was available and toilets and baby change down there very clean (for when you have already checked out of room or waiting to check in) they have a few seats outside the laundry room with a charger point available too. And a vending machine too . The hotel stored our bags free of charge as we checked out our flight was not until 11pm that night. The only complaint was in the last morning (our only morning to not be up early for Disney parks) we were woken up at 9 bysomeone ringing the bell several times he looked like a porter or maintenance man, we had been given a check out time of 12 noon as a late check out from reception and at 10.30am two men came back and this time let themselves into the apartment without knocking, this wasn’t good as I have a daughter and myself who were at this point showering and getting dressed to pack up and leave. For this reason it didn’t get 5 stars this time. The receptionist on the desk a lady with blonde hair was very helpful she put a birthday present for my friend who was also staying here aside for me and was very polite and friendly . The location of this is amazing, train station to Disney opposite 30 second walk and one stop, train station to return from Disney only
Disney Hotel New York - the Art of Marvel

I would highly recommend the Marvel hotel. We were a family of 3 with a 2.5 year old boy who loved it. The staff were great everyone was pleasant and said hello. Nothing was too much trouble even when our little one knocked a glass over 😅. The room was immaculate we paid for the empire state club and it was well worth it. The character meet was great at the hotel and they are understanding if your child isn’t as enthusiastic when they get there! We were upgraded to the spider man room by the club reception and it was fantastic. Disney itself was also great and we popped into a few of the other hotels. If you can’t book downtown online ask the concierge team as we secured a spot on opening. Downtown is great for everyone especially kids with the desserts! We will absolutely be returning and possibly as early as spring. It really is one of the happiest places on earth apart from the Parisian weather…

Extremely impressed by the hotel!! Very clean, professional and the location for the purpose of going to Disney is 2nd to none! The hotel provides a free shuttle from directly outside the park. The amenities of the hotel for a couple were very impressive consider we needed to relax after a long day exploring. Would really highly recommend this property to anyone considering a similar holiday or just a relaxing spa break!
