Chessy Hotels with Airport pickup service

Having spent 5 nights here recently we wish to post our findings our stay. First of all we arrived later in the evening but check in was completed quickly and communication was fine as all staff we met spoke good English. (Even when we tried to speak French). As a group of us we were given 3 rooms all next door or across the hall which was a nice touch. We found all three rooms to be very clean and tidy for our arrival which was welcoming after a long travel day. Rooms: At first glance rooms are spacious enough size wize. We had a bunk bed along with queen size bed in room. Bathroom has a decent size walk in shower and enough towels as you would expect. However when unpacking it was quickly identified that 6 coat hangers and one shelf was never going to be enough storage for 3 bearing in mind the room can sleep 4. So taking advantage of an empty top bunk we unpacked what we could and lived out of a case. A set of draws or 2 wouldn't go amiss. Secondly air con wasn't working in any of our rooms. It was blowing but just warm air. This isnt what you need in a warm room. No fans were in room. These however may have been available had we asked. Rooms decor was a little quaint as decor across whole hotel is bird themed so deffo something a little different. Bar: Not everyone using hotels will use a bar however we as a family like to wind down our day over a drink or two and a game of cards etc however here we found this simple task harder than needed. Unsure if there were staffing issues during our stay but the bar and reception was run by one staff member. So required running between bar and reception to please everyone. During our stay there were issues with chillers meaning no cold beer was on hand or chilled drinks. This wasn't a huge issue as where possible ice was given with drinks however the process of popping to the bar for a drink became a task. No fault of the staff as they were apologetic and did all they could however not what you would expect from a BW branded hotel. Food: On arrival we were advised there was no restaurant operating in the hotel so they had teamed with local restaurants in area for delivery. Again a strange situation for a best western. It did mean that you.could bring your own food / drink into the bar /restaurant area but again felt a little strange doing this. Breakfast: This was available from 7-10 and had a reasonable selection of pastries and continental choices. Beans and Sausages with scrambled egg along with hot and cold drinks. Overall it was adequate. Location: Hotel is advertised as 10 mins from Disney. However this needs to be confirmed that this is likley if you have your own car. In fact it was a 10 mins bus ride to Valley De Europe Train Station and shopping center.Cost of this is 2$ each. From here Disneyland is one stop away on the RER costing $1.90 and $5 into Paris City. Local public transport bus 2 or 22 is available from bus stop a short walk away meaning the journey to Disneyland

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!

Hotel was clean, room was very small but we were only stopping over for one night with the 2 of us so not a problem. Heater was provided. Parking was free and found a space easily. We had dinner and drinks at the hotel which were lovely and the food was locally sourced. Football table and arcade machine were a fun touch and the theming was nice too. We had breakfast but due to covid restrictions in Nov21, there was no hot food but it was still enjoyable. Only issue was in the very early morning we had trouble opening our front door due to the damp weather and (I think) the door swelled slightly. Had to lean out the window and open it from the outside with the keycard. we saw another family struggling to get their door open too. Mentioned it to reception so hopefully this has been addressed now and no longer an issue. Would stay again due to amazing price and proximity to Disney if driving.

Excellent location and ease of access to Disneyland Paris. Staff were very friendly and being able to leave luggage before check in and after checkout whilst you go to the park is great to have. Can’t complain and highly recommend to everyone going to Disneyland Paris

Fantastic and would definitely go again, however the reason for 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was the mould spores around the window, not great! The rest of the hotel room and main hotel was spotless. Service was amazing, couldn't do enough when asking for early breakfast bag and general info. Location was fab for Disney partner hotel, however 4 not 5 as 3 other hotel drops before ours on return shuttle from the park so was ready to get off by the time we had gone to the other 3 first! But still managable and we saved a fortune on the Disney hotels costs. My children are lazy so extra magic hours were no great appeal with us going out of season anyway so we didn't mind staying off site. When I would say about going to Disney (meaning the park) the kids would say well we are at Disney! Haha so the fact the hotel was off site made no difference to them, the music in he hotel. The amazing colours and lights and sounds of the moving pictures in the bar made it all so magical. We can't wait to return!!

We stayed 3 nights at moxy. The hotel is very new and clean. The room size was good and had a big smart tv. The bed was very comfortable and the room had an air conditioning that you can actually control. The location is 3 minutes walk to the RER station so it was very convenient for us as we stayed there to visit disney land. We tried the restaurant one day and the food was good with reasonable prices. The reception staff were very friendly and happy to help us whenever we needed anything. Also, every floor has an Ironing room. There was also a welcome drink and a water jar thats free in the reception area. If you are thinking of visiting the nearby outlet they have a code that will give you a 10% discount at some of the stores. The hotel is more expensive than the others in the area. The room didnt have a safe, fridge or a water kettle. Water was not provided with the room, you have to buy it. When you are checking in, you'll have to pay 50 euros per day from your credit card as a deposit which you can also use in case you bought anything from the hotel but it wont be convenient for someone travelling on a budget. If you plan to have a late checkout, note that it is 10 euros per hour.

Premiere classe is in a good location, close to Disneyland Paris. It is also very close to the Val du Europa shopping center. This budget hotel has clean rooms for a good price with all amenities. There is ample opportunity to park. An ideal hotel for a few days at Disneyland Paris.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. So I’m going to start with the positives….we stayed here for 2 nights in September and used as a base to visit Disneyland Paris. The shuttle runs regularly and takes no more than 10 minutes. We found it really easy and convenient. The biggest positive about this hotel by an absolute country mile were the staff in this hotel. I found every single one of them to be friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. That is why I feel I am giving such a disservice to them for the 3 stars! Those behind reception were helpful, polite and really willing to assist where the could. Check-in and out were swift and any questions I asked were helpfully dealt with. My son had a nose bleed one night whilst sleeping and bled quite a bit over the sheets. I went down the next morning to tell them and asked if I needed to pay anything additional as a result of this but they were more concerned about the well-being of my son and said not to worry about the bedding because their cleaners would be able to do deal with it. I thought their response to the situation was really kind and compassionate. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the restaurant staff are wonderful! The manager, is fantastic. She did give me her name because I asked for it for TA reason but then accidentally lost the card (so sorry - the lady with the longer brown hair). She really went over and above to make sure her guests were happy and well attended. She was attentive to all the children (as you can imagine, being so close to Disney there were a few!) and really made children and adults alike feel so welcome. Overall all of the restaurant staff were great, the food was nice, service good and my son actually loved it so much the first night he wanted to go back the second, where they made a big fuss over him because it was he’s birthday which was lovely. So as I say, the people here really made it and the ease of getting to Disney. The rooms were ok in terms of storage but were dated and worn. They were clean but definitely could do with TLC and some investment. They were also hot, so so so hot. And this was end-September! The air-con didn’t work and Reception did their best to get it to be centrally cooled down but I had to sleep under the window with the little window opening gap over me. I’m no doctor but it wouldn’t surprise me if the stuffiness caused my sons nosebleed as he does suffer with them when he gets bunged up which he did in that room. Breakfast I didn't think was worth the price, it wasn't particularly warm, limited options and badly laid out. I can't say I would recommend it. Final note which didn’t bother me or affect my stay but an observation, the ladies toilets off of the bar are really the strangest I've ever seen. So badly designed, the door is smack bang next to a supporting post so its awkward to get into and you feel like getting out you have to do some strange Matrix-style move!! Very good option for a family trip to Disney. Comfortable room, beautiful setting. But a lot of queue at breakfast, they should do something to solve that problem. But I guess that's what it's like in such a touristy place. The bus service is not as frequent as the Disney hotels, but it makes up for it with the big difference in price. 10 out of 10. Unforgettable stay.

An excellent choice for a decent hotel outside of Paris, close to a RER station and good restaurants and shopping opportunities.
