This is a neighborhood hotel that offers basic amenities. I enjoy the spacious room and the nearby eateries and shopping centers. The staff is in general very helpful. If you have heavy luggages, you will definitely need help in climbing the staircase.

The soundproofing is not good, you can hear the people in the next room talking.

10點才能辦理入住，10點就要退房，體驗感很差；要不是需要擺放附近的客户，絕對不住；不推薦。

You can only check in at 10 o'clock and check out at 10 o'clock. The experience is very poor. If you don't need to accommodate nearby customers, you will definitely not stay here. Not recommended.

Nightcap at Chester Hill Hotel demonstrates excellent reviews from numerous hotel guests. Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel. Once again, genuinely appreciate the hotel team members, especially Ms. Yasmin. Keep up the good work, I will see you again next time.

Have stayed here once last year, and a couple of times this month (Sept) to go and watch Parramatta Eels play.  Have booked the Queen studio in all my visits and had different rooms. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and easy going. Rooms were very clean and tidy.  Mini Fridges worked well (two bottles of water were always in the fridge at each of my stays). Air cons worked well (though one was a little noisy, which didnt worry me). Beds were very comfortable for a good night sleep.  The rooms are seperate from the hotel. Though you check in at the hotel bar. Can check in online when an email comes through 24hrs before the stay for a quicker check in.  Train and bus transport at the door basically (within 2min walk). Took me only about 30-35min by bus to get to Parra for the football  Lot of food options available within 100 metres and onsite, and a Woolies about 5min away if you need any odds and ends

My friend book for this accommodation for a 2 night stay while attending concerts at Olympic park.    After reading other reviews on this page I was unsure about staying at this place.  On 1st looks its looks like a Tab bar and a late night drinking hole.  The guy on the desk who helped us was very helpful and carried our bags up to the room.  The room was a ”suite” with a queen and a single bed, fridge bathroom and outside area.  It was a lovely room, very comfortable and clean.   I had expected noise at night with it being a late bar til 5am, but it was so quiet and the beds were very comfortable, i would definitely stay at this place again.  The car park round the back was good too, left 2 cars there for 2 nights and no issues.  Train station over the road, and nearby shopping centre
