位置在火車站對面，超級大的房間，極富古典色彩，優雅非常，極豪華的浴室，有浴缸及企缸。職員專業有禮，清潔工人也相當專業及有禮，賓至如歸，可能裝修期間，check-in 位置比較細小，有閱讀室供應免費飲品，朱古力很好飲。酒店內有羅馬式庭園，好優雅。尊登來Chester 為入住此酒店都非常值得，每個細致位都非常好。希望它們裝修好後，保持優惠價格讓我再次入住😁

Staff friendly but thought the meals were overpriced and the wine by the glass. Other guests annoying slamming their doors early in the morning and later at night coming back in.

The check in process was quite slow with no information provided nd there was no secure luggage storage until the 3pm check in. Thw bag was placed in reception and then later moved.to a side room which could be accessed by anybody. The room.was in a building connected my a walk way which was a.fair walk. As the main lift was not working, you had to cross through a large function room to a small back lift and use this. Sadly the main bar was closed for renovations. Beautiful main building.

非常棒的酒店👍古香古色，的確是與切斯特這座從古羅馬時代開始的文化遺產保護城市風格相配！房間和衞生間都挺大，寬敞舒適。底樓餐廳和酒吧可以提供早中晚餐，很方便，牛排烤得不錯👍説到方便，它就在火車站對面😄👍不用過馬路，穿停車場一分鐘就到，很棒！我們入住其實是天留客，下午從利物浦返回，在切斯特轉車，誰想後續火車因為發水沖了火車路基，都取消了！於是趕緊在攜程上找酒店，看着離得近，想着就一晚，住了就走。沒想到真是撿到寶了😂也給攜程的服務點贊👍臨時訂酒店，神速👍因為天留客，也發現了切斯特這座寶藏城市，加上酒店有貼心的行李寄存服務，所以我們在切斯特開心玩到下午三點，又舒舒服服地在一間意大利小餐廳吃飽喝好，回到酒店拿了行李就進了火車站，打道回府。整個旅程是插曲，但一切都順順利利的，所以計劃夏天再來切斯特度假，還是入住女王酒店！要好好在它漂亮的花園裡漫步😄哦，酒店裡的裝修佈置，喜歡歷史的朋友，應該很感興趣噠！推薦哈！

Booked hours before as we hadn’t planned on staying in Chester but didn’t want to end our night. Accidentally booked the wrong room and the receptionist Ken couldnt have been more helpful and sorted it without hesitation. Got a standard double room, previously stayed in a suite but honestly it was just as good! Clean, nice decor, really pleased. Will definitely stay as our go to when we visit chester

hotel is well situated just a short 15 minute walk into the town centre. It’s an old traditional beautiful building but rooms needs some tlc, no hot water in our shower, creaky floors, in need of decorating and a good clean

極其差的酒店管理！入住三天，第一晚被巨型牛蜱蟲叮咬，紅腫嚴重（照片為證）；與酒店交涉，酒店承認房間內受害（酒店簽字為證），但以害蟲是外面進來與酒店無關拒絕；此等事情，在國外是嚴重傷害，酒店最後心虛，提出補償100鎊。
酒店欺負中國遊客語言不足、要繼續趕路等原因，一拖再拖，欺你無奈；期間多次聯繫攜程，電話根本不通，此酒店上通過攜程預訂的，希望攜程負起責任，保障客户利益，此事我將投訴到底，讓國人在國外不再受此屈辱！
請攜程有所作為！我是使用攜程已經十多年的所謂鑽石客户。
